I was 1 hour early for my 3:00 am delivery they took me in just push the button on the call box gate opens up door 28 to check in

These people are slower than 3G internet. 5 hrs wait although checked in a few hours prior to the appointment time, Talked with 3 people all don’t take any responsibility for their slow activity blaming pallets not being ready.
This is not professional and a bad customer service is explicitly shown by the employees.

Very friendly people room to park to wait to get loaded and finish a break if needed. Don't necessarily believe the broker on the temperature not all loads are minus 10 check with the shipper before running it too long at the wrong temperature.

Truck entrance is on 50th street. Pull up to intercom and push button. The gate will open. Pull to walk-in door 28 to check in. The place looks deserted at night, but they are open.

Place is on 50th street, not 5500 lol it’s a block away. Please and I repeat it’s on 50th street. I had to use google maps satellite view to see that the actual street was not the one I was given.

Be here on ur appointment time they don’t give u door before the appointment they will let u in and they have parking inside but they have fixed appointment i was here 3 pm and my appointment was 10:30 pm they didn’t give me the door until 10.00 pm and now it’s 11:15 i’m still here 😢😢😢

I applied here over the last month or so, got in contact with the woman in charge of recruiting here. Called several times only to be told that she couldn’t find my application, I was sent a link by Mrs. Carolina G. and was told to apply for a particular position I didn’t qualify for after having applied for the ones I was qualified for and told they were filled after being run around about an application that was on file the entire time. After contacting Carolina the last time filled an application out and was acknowledged by her the application was received, she said she would talk with a 3rd shift supervisor, the very next day I received an email saying I wasn’t qualified for the position and they decided to go with another candidate. I would’ve taken this as fair if I didn’t apply at first and call and let her know and she pretend she didn’t see it, and somehow it mysteriously pops up on my profile now that the job is gone. I feel like I was duped out of a chance and run around constantly over the last month. Suggesting retraining for Mrs.Caroline G. Who can’t find an application, the crazy part is she told me to come in because she didn’t feel like it was getting to her correctly. I told her I would use my laptop instead of the phone, but the application that was put in before on the phone popped up. I was really played with by this woman for an entire month. I Did contact the “Equal Opportunity Division” for further assistance. Thank you!

Worked here management is horrible and staff is slow to fix problems let alone fix them and hours is very low would highly recommend to stay away from here.

Truck entrance actually on 50th St one block behind not 52nd St. Horse shoe In Out driveway across street from KPress and RJ Underground.
