Amazing place to train. Go in with the right attitude and it will change every aspect of your life, not just your level of skill in the martial arts. Not only that, you will meet new people that could form long term friendships that you would not have been able to get otherwise. I have yet to meet a single person at the gym that I have not liked. Great community.

Easily the best MMA and BJJ gym in the area. No others come close. Ben has been in the UFC many times and has trained with world class athletes many years. His record speaks for itself !

This place is disgusting! , full of sick people coughing and sneezing ,its only a matter a time before the health department shuts this place down. in fact i'm gonna call them myself. everyone is getting mrsa infections, dont waste your money here people, find a better gym like veneration , this place is horrible and the owner is a terrible person and a coward! Most of the people there don't know anything about martial arts.

I've watched my granddaughter grow in confidence. The skills she's learning will help her throughout her lifetime.

Anyone looking for super professional gym/business is going to want to sign up here. I've been wanting to enroll my daughter in some kind of self defense for years, and we decided that this was the year. She is 10 years old and is taking the Youth Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class. Ever since she started, she has had an amazing sense of pride and accomplishment. The class and the instructors have given her a unique self confidence that she has not acquired in any of the extra curricular classes she has tried before this. James, Cody and Matt are very patient and helpful "coaches" and along with Jen, have been very responsive to any questions or concerns we have had. We could not be happier with a group of people adding to a very important aspect of our daughter's young life.

These guys are awesome! I have a very anxious and emotional 5yo who struggles with new things and group activities. He had been asking for a long time to do a martial art and even though this is the first place we tried, I am so glad we found Rothwell!
