Had a great experience at the Kenosha, WI location. Toph answered every question I had and very helpful with recommending the “right” boot. No pressure from him whatsoever. Would highly recommend working with him to find your perfect fit!

I have an issue with a lack of respect from person to person. I met William when I went to buy boots at this kenosha location, I asked a simple question and William got very confrontational and rude. I asked him to calm down, "very nicely" , and he told me that he didn't feel comfortable selling to me. I have never had this kind of experience buying a simple pair of boots especially through red wing. I then talked to the owner and the owner was even more disrespectful! I have no idea how this all go so out of hand, but now I'm thinkin of moving from a 10 year commitment of red wing boots to another. William and his owner could do better!

We raced to get to the Kenosha store before it closed at 5, got there at 4:53, lights were on, the open sign was on but the door was locked. We knocked, but gave up. Guess we’ll be buying on line. Been buying 2 pairs of work boots per year for well over 25 years, so this will be a first. Very disappointed.

There were some issues with the account that I was using and the boots that I thought were discontinued that I really liked. The gentleman said he thought they might be back and verified that they were. He ordered them so they will be ready for pick up when the account gets cleared up. Never been disappointed with Red Wing in Kenosha.

This review is specifically for Kenosha Red Wing. Red Wing over all is a fantastic company with great boots! I purchased a pair of boots 7 months ago and the stitching in both the toes came undone i brought my boots into the store and i was told that i was probably using my boots not in the intended way using them as a hammer kicking things and what ever else someone could possibly come up with. Im on my feet all day walking around not poorly using the boots. The guy refused to do anything even though its been less then a year and my boots were falling apart. I ended up contacting Red Wing customer support and they had me mail my boots in to look at them they came to the conclusion that the boots were faulty discontinued due to the issue i was having and they sent me a brand new pair of my choosing i am very satisfied with Red Wing over all and have been a customer for many years will continue to wear Red Wing boots. Not happy with the Kenosha's response with my issue
