Had to wait an hour during their "operating hours" for them to open, for them to tell me to wait an hour to get my screening done. After that hour I had to wait an additional hour, with only 1 person queued in front of me.

Please drive further for another location. Got my tests done 4 months ago and never got the results. When I asked them they said they wouldn’t know how I could get those results because all they do is take the tests and send them out. I don’t believe my tests were ever sent out.Also, when I was getting my blood drawn the last time I overheard another employee tell my “phlebotomist” that the blood she took was supposed to go directly into a refrigerator and she left it out for over 10 mins. I need my blood work done but will not be returning here.

If I could give less than one star I would. I never give reviews and I work in health care so I usually go easy on healthcare facilities but the absolute unprofessionalism of this place had me floored.I had an appointment which they took me about 15 mins after. Not a huge deal. There was one phlebotomist there. I told her where to stick me and told her they always have to use a butterfly needle. She barely felt for a vein, stuck me with NOT a butterfly, and said she couldn’t get it. Tried the same thing on my other arm. All of this took about 2 mins. She told me she couldn’t do it today and to come back Monday. I HAD to have these labs today, as it was a series. I told her to print my labs and I would go to froedtert south who got my blood no problem. Just go to froedtert people. This was the most ridiculous health care experience I’ve ever had.

Read all the bad reviews, decided to try it anyway. Got a call from my doctor today, all the tests they ordered weren't done. Now I have to go get blood drawn again. Dont waste your time going to a 3rd party, too much room for error. Never again.

Awful service and place. The place looks like a meth house inside and is actually quite frightening. They have the shades down so they won’t even acknowledge you when you walk in and the only sort of information they have is a handwritten sign that says “no walk-ins appointment only”. Walked out as I do not trust my personal safety/health being handled by these people.

I scheduled a 10 am appt for a blood draw. Woman next to me said she had 10:20 appt but didn't, see her name on signboard. She squawks to tech about her name not up on signboard even tho she had appt. My name and 10 am appt was listed. However tech called 10:20 squawker ahead of my 10 am time. It is now 10:45 and waiting room is overflowing with people waiting. When 10:20 was called ahead of me I protested that I my appt was important also as I had meetings to get to. Tech's excuse was that she was only one working and was running behind. OK but that doesn't mean she can't follow the order of appointments. I'll be looking for somewhere else to do my quarterly blood draw.

This place is trash. They don’t communicate very well. No direct number to talk to anyone when you have a quick question. And you just sit in the lobby all day.

The technician that took my blood arrived 15 mins late. But had fast food and coffee in her hands. My appointment was for 710 and she didn't show up until almost 715. The business is supposed to open at 7am. I needed to do a urine culture with a clean catch and she never offered the cleansing wipes. I had to REMIND her of that step. She made me feel like I was an inconvenience. The blood draw was rough she blamed me for the reason it was "taking so long" but in reality she had that needle in way too deep and it infiltrated! I was left with a huge bruise. She also entered my D.O.B wrong and now I'm unable to get results.

This is the worst place ever! I blame United health care for making us go to this awful place!!! Business cards have the wrong fax, yes I said fax #. It took 2 visits to get a blood draw and they are IDIOTS!!!! This is what controlled health care looks like people. Wake up!!!

I checked in at 10:20 for a 10:40 blood draw appointment. It took less than 20 minutes, and the phlebotomist was competent and kind.

Lab tech was nice but the rest was absolutely the worst! Hours available to make appointments are limited. 3 weeks and still WAITING for results! Had to sign up for their app and still shows Nothing Pending & No Results!! When you call, there are no options to speak with someone and if by chance you do, referred to App/Website or Dr. This is saving no one any money, especially since I ended up in ER/Hospital where they had to re-run tests. Waste of time, money and resources!!

Have not received test results in over 2 weeks. Tried calling office for a status and found out you cannot talk to a real person. Tried going to website and found out I don't exist. They did take the test and charged my credit card....now what??? Customer service is non existent!!! I wont be going back!!!!

phlebotomist was great everyone else was useless. Had to go 3 times to get a prepaid bloodtest due to others incompetence.

I had an appointment for 9 for the annual insurance screening, but when I checked into the office at 8:55 there were seven people in front of me who had yet to be seen and they had appointments for 8:10. A simple text message from the office telling me they were running late would have been nice, there wasn’t even a place to wait because they were so far behind. I just walked out.

8 people in waiting room and all of us struggled with the ridiculous kiosk! Get a human in there!
