I took my 16 pound shih tzu to him I made a appointment and I told him that my dog is very scary he don't bite he just shivers an try to run he told me that's OK and he gave me a time to bring him when I brought him I explained again about him and how I wanted him cut he said he would have to trim him all the way down because he was mated at the bottom I told him okay however when I returned his hair cut was choppy he said he could've finished because he was a difficult dog an the clippers broke and he charged me $73 plus another 5 dollar because I used a card which he could've told me that when I made the call an when I ask when I should bring him back just to really see his attitude it hesitated for a min an said a month I will never take my shih tzu back there and if you been in business that long you should no how to deal with a 16 pound dog but I believe it was my color the service was awful

I have 3 small hairy pups ranging in age from 5 -10. I just wanted them super washed and a simple groom. Beni was kind and funny. He groomed them just the way I wanted him to. Prices are reasonable.

Absolutely love Puppy Tub motel. Benny does a fantastic job on our two wheaten terriers. Highly recommend going to Benny. Wouldn't go any place else
