“Ive come to this location twice so far and each time I’m met with such positive energy and a welcoming, genuine smile. Ive gone to other locations that cause me nothing but stress and confusion which I dislike. The woman at the counter who helped me is SO informative and patient. She’s amazing and at this point I don’t plan to visit another location in Racine unless it’s the one on Main Street.”

He brought a package to the door because the sender hadn’t provided enough postage. I wish I knew the postman’s name for Newman Road! This gentleman was kind, polite, thoughtful, and professional. “Do you have a place you like going because of the friendly and knowledgeable staff? I do, and it is my local post office. Whenever I need to go buy stamps or put tracking on an order, anticipation takes over as I get on my way to my local post office. Usually really quiet when I show up but sometimes there is a line. It's okay though, that's life. Lines are just opportunities to make new friends which is something I am thankful for. When it is finally my turn however, I am always greeted by smiles, my business gets their full attention, and we enjoy friendly banter while going about it. The transaction includes and we bid our farewells before I make it out of the post office as another satisfied customer (sometimes I get to make more friends with other customers in line as well which I am very grateful for).”

“I haven't been to the main post office in a very long time. It's just as I remember. Looks like a museum and can get very busy fast.
We had a issue with getting a package. The reasons are not important. The help was amazing.
They found the post officer on his route and w9rked with him to ensure delivery.
Great job”
