Standard Pick'n Save location
I will say that it seems to be one of the more well stocked and better staffed locations in the Kenosha/Racine Metro, and has helpful and inviting employees which sadly cannot be said for every Pick 'n Save in the KRM area.
I would however like to see more customer input on carrying new products, or swapping out flavors of currently stocked items to change it up (I haven't been able to get Vanilla flavored Noosa yogurt for well over 4-5months at this location, while every other flavor is in stock, cannot find Siggi's yogurt with higher milkfat content of any kind anymore, etc)
It would be great to see even just a list of looseleaf paper thumbtacked to a bulletin board that would allow customers to write down an item that's out of stock or not stocked at all, and a phone number/email address/Pick 'n Save member number that's tied to our profiles with contact information to ensure privacy while still using a public list (perhaps a more elegant solution to the problem that's better than the "Tell a random employee and hope they don't forget the item and actually act on helping add it to the stores reship order...... this is just the best solution to strike me off the top of my head, you get the idea)
More public input and attempts to build and foster a more engaging and dynamic community feeling among shoppers will only reap positive gains, quarterly or long term.

I switched to this pick n save from shopping at Walmart.l due to issues at Walmart. Since switching to pick n save we have been saving so much money! I use the pick up shopping option and the old man and older lady who do pick up are wonderful! They pick out items with care and are wonderful. But today 7/31/2024 a young kid of course picked our order and forgot so much stuff! I’m disabled and it’s hard for me to go shopping so my husband does the pick up for us. It’s like these young kids just don’t want to do their jobs correctly and rush through orders! This is why we left Walmart. I’m so disappointed.

DON'T GET THE SUSHI.
I have enjoyed the Sushi from many different pick'n saves and generally they are pretty good. However, at this particular Pick'n Save there is something that is very off about them.
I purchased three different packs of sushi with all different rolls and each piece my friends and I ate had a very bitter chemically taste that was so bad none of us could eat any more than a bite of a single piece. 8 rolls that all had something not right with them.
Not to mention that the selection was much more limited than other Pick'n Saves out there in the rolls available and the person atteneding the Sushi counter was on his phone the whole time and walked away so I couldn't even ask if there were other rolls they could make.

The store has lost stars simply because when I went in there yesterday to go to the deli I asked an employee for a half pound of the hard salami. She actually told me she didn't think she had enough left so I said I would take whatever was left and she replied with I'm not allowed to do that?!? Now correct me if I'm wrong but it's a good thing to sell product when you work at a grocery store. So I would really like someone to explain to me why the deli is not allowed to sell out of an item.
Also I can't stand the new self checkout layout

The self checkout set up is really bad. Everyone is on top of everyone else makes it really hard to check out. Go back to the way you had it

The staff murdered my dog. I was planning on getting another one anyway so i guess it worked out. I hadn't decided on whether to put the doggy down or not but this way ended up being convenient. They sell food. 5 stars.
