My daughter and I were just there to purchase a few items and at the register the guy asked if we wanted a bag and they cost 10 cents each! Like we don't pay enough for everything right now! Prices have gone up on everything and you are seriously charging me 10 cents for a plastic bag that is so thin and breaks before I even get it in the house. It's not the point that it's 10 cents it's the point of being charged for it, even Aldi has better bags to buy. No posted sign anywhere telling me that I need my own bags. At least at Costco or Sam's club they give you boxes if you choose to not use bags. I won't be coming back. I will go to Petsmart or Petland before I ever come back here!

if I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT BUY YOUR FISH HERE. Petco is super misleading and the policy for online purchases for fish is different than that of in store purchases. same company 2 different policies very deceiving. my fish died within 12 hours- I have other fish in my tank that I've had for months and nothing is wrong with them however this one from Petco had major issues and potentially had a disease that Petco would not acknowledge. DO NOT BUY YOUR FISH HERE.

Best local fish place in Kenosha as of now. Knowledgeable staff. They can at least try to order you fish if it's on their order list, whereas pet smart cannot. I've always been treated well there.

I'm so impressed. the staff remember my dogs name years after her training. I go there 3 times a year. sometimes with my dog sometimes not and every time I'm asked hows Pandy. that is so nice! thank you .

This is based on the customer service which is always amazing. I have not used the groomer so don't mistake the ratings for that. They always have what I need in stock also. Will continue to shop this Petco store.

Just took my 3 baby husky to get groom done. This place got no "good" Communication. I got prof for paper and phone call that my app was push back 30 min of what I called and agreed upon. Was there on time. They won't take my dogs. The groom girls was all nasty, racist, bad attitude. It's seem like none of these ppl have ever graduated from high school no education background. Won't heard a words out of you. Straight up rude and lie. I won't not come back here ever again. If you want a lazy a** groomer. By all mean come to this store.

Totally go to pet smart as I am from now on. Two weeks ago I call for a grooming appointment set it up for 12/11/19 at 11am. I get a call from the store on 12/10/19 from Barbara telling me my appointment is at 10:30 am now on 12/11/19 and that I needed to bring two of my three dogs updated records. So I went into the store on 12/11/19 at 10:30 and Nikki the front desk said whom are you and I said we are here for our 11 am appointment but I got a call last night saying it was at 10:30. Than she rudely said well your appointment was at 10am and we are not accepting your appointment today. I than said well my appointment was set two weeks ago and it was at 11 than the call last night Barbara said it's at 10:30 and I am here at 10:30. Than she said well we don't have any of your pets shot records. I said I been coming to petco now for the past year and all my dogs records are there but two that needed to be updated and here are the new dates. She rudely said again we can't take your dogs as your appointment was at 10am. I again no it was supposed to be at 11 and Barbara said last night it's at 10:30 and all I needed to bring was my two dogs updated records. I asked for the manager and they said she is not in today and we will not take your dogs you will need to make another appointment. I than walked out before I went off on the rudeness of these workers. I would avoid this petco and go to pet smart right down the block by target on 50. They lost a loyal customer and they talk about how petco valises customers time and how they just waited half of morning on this. Stay clear I warn you

Their grooming department is the only place my dog feels comfortable. They’re always able to squeeze me in, and they helped me greatly by taking my dog early so I could get my son down for a nap!!! The store is older looking but I prefer their prices to PetSmart. All in all still my favorite pet store! Thanks so much!!!

Very unsatisfied with the way the Grooming department is ran. I called to let them know that I was going to be late to my appt. We were the first appt. It took them a few minutes to come to the counter and then they said we were too late. We had two dogs that weren't groomed and the first appt. That would only mean the corporation lost money on two groomers that sat around for hours til the next appt came in. Terrible. The store isn't productive. Corporate was called. Terrible customer service.

Amazing the saltwater aquatic members know what they are talking about they are very educated some have even gone to college for this knowledge i would recommend them to anyone looking to start up a saltwater tank they are most consistent and will answer all of your questions 10/10

I would recommend this location. They were very kind and had no attitude when price matching EVERYTHING. I would recommend to all shoppers of any pets to price check everything. I had been blatantly being ripped off for over a year. And just not I finally checked online prices to see HOW MUCH CHEAPER IT WAS. They hiked up the prices in store for no reason. Please price check you could save so much money. This location was very kind to me though I was frustrated. They quickly price matched without any attitude. The location isn't the problem it's corporate that needs to fix this.
