Me and my daughter chose this place to go get our pedicure done! We had a wonderful experience! The ladies were so kind and gentle to our feet! We are definitely coming again!!

This place is not a place I would recommend unless you have Taylor do your services. The owner is extremely rude, self centered and judgemental. I have gone here for a few years now only for Taylor and I have heard and seen the owner say things to customers and her employees that just irrate me. She is extremely degrading to her employees and treats them like they are her slaves. She is not family friendly at all I've heard her talk extremely nasty about children. I'm a mother of 4 and hearding the things she says is very nerve wracking. I've seen and heard her trash talk her employees like they mean nothing. I honestly can not believe this place is still in business. Very unprofessional!! If your going to go here you need to definitely ask for Taylor if she is not available then find some where else to go.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Natalie, the receptionist, is extremely rude and unprofessional. I am very surprised that Hilda would select someone like this to represent her business.

well, I moved here from Miami Beach about a year ago where there is a plethora of nail salons as well as beauty salons and barbers. One of the first things I needed was a haircut but that's another review. I was in dire need of a pedicure because it was almost summertime. Happily I found Perfect 10 which is located in downtown Kenosha and very convenient to my new home. I highly recommend this place to locals and tourists alike as they pay great attention to detail and are always friendly and professional. The prices are fair and competitive with other Spa/Salons in the neighborhood. BTW I'm a repeat customer and I've never been disappointed with any service that I've gotten at this great spot.

Small space, not a spa by any stretch of the imagination. Hair area is closterphobic and the gossip here is hands down nonstop, if you are looking for relaxing spa feel it isn't here. My "trim" took about 12 inches off my length- just glad hair grows back.

Natalie on the phone was just really rude. I tried to call to make an appointment just to get my hair dyed but the entire phone call was awful. Ive never written a review for anywhere in my life but the customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Salon seems nice and I was looking forward to getting my hair done but that ruined it for me.

Very friendly but left a bad taste in my mouth when my girlfriend and I went and had our nails done and my nails where 60 and my girlfriend was 45 and she had design on her nails and I just had nail polish nothing special

Was quite disappointed with my hair cut. Also management was very rude when I called in my complaint. Basically blamed me for the uneven cut and one side looking like it was cut in a blender. She didn't even ask to see it. I then asked for a refund and was offered only 50% until I demanded a full refund. This was my second visit here. The first visit was wonderful. Got a great cut and therefore the reason I returned.

I absolutely love this salon! Kailah does an excellent job on my Manicures and Pedicures! She is a perfectionist! The colors they have are better than any I’ve I ever used. The prices are reasonable. I’m thrilled I found this place close to work. I have referred coworkers who love it too!
