Found a Canyon that we really liked. Salesperson was great. Made a quick run to see a comparable Colorado. Drove back and the Canyon was gone. Called to see where and it was lost or sold. So bought the other one.

Steer clear of this dealership. After agreeing on a price, went in the next day with a cashier's check from local bank and they asked for my SSN. As I was sitting at salesman desk, could see him filling out a credit application for me. Warning, be careful. Still not sure of what I bought?

On June 20th I was in Kenosha when my car broke down. I had it towed to Palmen. I specifically told them that I tried to have it jumped and it wouldn’t and it was showing I had a bad sensor.
Upon writing up my paperwork Tim saw I lived in Highland Park and made a comment to the effect I have money based on where I live. Nothing to do with my car breaking
Also said the fan was continuing to run prior to it dying.
Day later I was told it was the battery. Between my daughter and myself we asked several times if everything was checked besides the battery which I felt was more to it. I was told a battery was put in and it works. Being that I’m a single woman what else was I too do but drive back up to Kenosha and get me car which cost hundreds of dollars.
Yesterday July 20th my car had the exact same thing happen. I turned car off, fan kept running which drained my battery again which needed to be towed again to dealer where I bought it,
This is so unacceptable that I now have no car, I work 2 jobs and unable to go to both.
If I told them there was a sensor warning, why was nothing else looked at?
So very disappointed I totally got ripped off and now have to spend god knows how much money again to fix my car

I’ve been getting my Buick serviced at Palmen Buick for 4 years now. Sadly after Jeff retired service has been terrible. The new guy Ben is a terrible guy. Lying to women and taking advantage of them. I had a battery replacement in 2020 and after I was forced to get my car serviced elsewhere, because I was told Buick didn’t have time to service my car. I spent 2000 at Waukegan tire to get shocks and springs. I haven’t had any other issues with my Buick other than the springs etc. whelp I got my Buick back and three days later my battery is bad and the AAA guy seen a broken piece on the cover of my battery he suspect my battery was removed and replaced. I called Buick and spoke with Ben asking him is there a way to verify if that’s the battery I bought from them as I have the receipt with item number. He basically wanted to rush me off the phone and said Aldeco Batteries are only sold by GM as if I were a complete fool. After that response I will never get service at this location again.

It seems they're impossible to reach... You go around and around ,please hold,please hold... Every now and again that's almost normal but it's almost everytime .getting a service department can be impossible at times and isn't that where they make the money??... And parts department although helpful for sure when you get someone that's the trick .

Larry was the best car salesman I’ve ever had!! He put us first during our car buying process and was the most honest, down to earth salesman. He did the best he could to get us the best deal and we walked out with a beautiful 2021 GMC Terrain. Thank you, Larry! We will be back!!
