The manager and staff at this store are the absolute worst waited over a half an hour for them to try to find a bearing while the manager was outside fixing an ice cream truck to make $50 and then bragged about it.
I ended up just walking out.
This is the third or fourth time they have done stuff like this. I will never ever use the star again. If I must buy from O'Reilly's I will have Parts transferred to the north side

I went in for some replacement radiator tubes because I had a leak. David was incredibly helpful. He found the correct parts I needed and even came out to my car to give me advice and help me diagnose exactly where my issue was.
David absolutely deserves more than he is getting!

Went in ordered a part. A employee who was off duty was cussing at the counter in my direction. Than proceeded to continue to run his mouth towards me. Typical Kenosha trash. Still waiting on part. Unprofessional. Go somewhere else.
