Went in for a corner bumper light and found what I needed right away. It helps to know what you are looking for but the staff will help if needed. I've been to this location many times, and I'm usually leaving with what I need.

First time to this location. I had just had my car battery jumped and drove over to get my battery tested. The female employee was friendly and did just that. The battery was ok and I didn't have to buy one immediately. Would definitely return.

I am not going to go into details, but this crew went way out of their way to fix an issue I had with them. the issue was an honest mistake, and at least half my own fault. but the guy working here and I believe the manager on duty at the time quickly righted the wrong and went way above my expectations.
I usually go to another auto store simply because it's closer, but I am now going to switch to this O'Reilly location as my go-to auto store.

The parts are great and fine but the issue was I got an extra part incase I needed it. Well I didn't. So I went to return it, which was a problem. I paid cash, but now there are new rules there! In store gift card, send a check from corporate which takes 10plus days, or wait for the store to carry a "large amount of cash" in their drawer in order to refund me! The return is $227.00; so im stuck with the part until their store generates enough cash to give me the refund..... crazy! DONT PAY CASH FOR PARTS HERE!
