Adriana works very hard to provide fast, professional service and is very thorough with her work. I can always count on her for all of my financial and insurance needs.I saw the negative reviews when I came to leave mine and just wanted to say the following. During tax season, she is super busy and tries to accommodate every customer as quickly as posible- sometimes the wait is a bit longer than expected but her thorough work and professionalism is absolutely worth the short wait- especially for something as important as my taxes.If you want your taxes done right and someone who is willing to answer all of your tax, insurance and financial questions I highly recommend Adriana. You will not regret it.

0 stars if I could. After 4 years of doing my taxes with her I will not be returning to her. They have been deteriorating their customer service instead of improving. They simply have the worst customer service around. They have you make an appointment only to show up and you be taken in about 1 hour after your appointment time. Their EXCUSE is that they have people make appointment and then show up with son's, nephews/nieces, daughters, or other relatives that were not included in the original appointment. That is not the fault of people who actually made appointments, you are supposed to turn them down and have them make appointment like the rest of us. I know I'm not the only who went through this as there were multiple people in the lobby complaining about this same situation. The problem is most of her client are Spanish speaking so she takes advantage that they wont get on these platforms and leave reviews of what truly goes on there.

I had an appointment. Got here 5 minutes early. They told me they were running 10 minutes behind. Nobody helped me for 40 minutes and they took in people who came after me before me even though my appointment was set before.
