My husband and I went to Milo's about 2 months ago to create a new diamond ring. The person, I assume is Milo, helped us. He came across as irritated that we interrupted something and impatient with us. He didn't want to see the diamond, didn't sit down and show us options, stood sideways like he wanted to go back to his back room and whatever he was doing there. I felt like we had interrupted something more important. He was not friendly and just seemed annoyed. I felt intimidated like I was doing something wrong and not choosing fast enough, which is horrible as this is a decision that should be made carefully. As I stood there feeling rushed/wondering what was going on, I realized that this is not the memory I want in creating this new ring. I did not want him to be my memory in this experience, no matter how good he may be. There are many good jewelers. I told him I wasn't ready to make a decision and left.

Definitely was satisfhe took the time to build us. A beautiful Rose gold with our own diamonds period 0 difficulties.
I will definitely bring something bad for him to do.

I’ve had two rings made of my own, my wife’s ring and referred two best friends for theirs. All of them turned out amazing! Milo prices custom jewelry so competitively and in the customers favor. Highly recommend working with him. He’s good family man and can’t wait to have other jewelry made by him.

Milo does an exceptional job of repairing jewelry at a very reasonable price, particularly when compared to his local competitors. Moreover, he does the work in house... sometimes right in front of you. Trustworthy, good work and a decent price.

They tried to over charge me and when I questioned the price he told me to go try someplace else. Well I did and the price was HALF!

So impressed. My husbands 33 yr old wedding ring (simple gold band) was worn and broken. Our "go to" jeweler told us it wasn't really worth fixing and tried to sell him a new ring (whoa, expensive!) I told him we'd look around. We were in Kenosha running errands and I found Milos. He said " I can fix that, no problem" he did. beautifully and sized it up one as my husband had sized up too (haha) very very reasonable, beautiful job and done on one day. I am SO happy we found Milo's.

I bought a golden chain here three years ago and had fantastic service. The chain is still in prime condition. He gave me a realistic price but was hesitant he then went a little lower and we found an agreement! Overall wonderful person and store. Planning on getting a cross later down the road.

My husband decided to have a ring made for our 50th Anniversary. We took the three diamonds from my 30 year ring, added 1 for the 40th, and put my engagement ring diamond in the middle. Milo did an exceptionally beautiful job! It is exactly what I wanted! He was so easy to work with, very friendly guy! Also, far more reasonable than other jewelers we tried!
