I wish it could be NO stars ⭐ this location is the worst I've been too in 4 states. Worst customer service and staff is very very unprofessional.
The first time we came a few months ago they were ignoring us and then finally we tried to get help to add lines and buy 2 extra phones for our accounts. The one speaking to us kept on texting on her phone while we were explaining to her what we wanted. The other girl was sweeping the floor around us by our feet and sweeping dust all over inside the store.
So we left.
This time went in to pay my account and get an extra line and they said she had to leave and the other one was to come in to take over. Well she left and closed store because the second one never showed up. I waited for half an hour and nothing so I left. Rather drive the 20 minutes away for next location than ever coming back to this one!!

The lady there was very rude and arrogant. The energy was very negative and unwelcoming. Go to the one by 22nd.

Worst experience ever coming in this store! The sales person Veronica was all over the place. She would ask a question then instantly not let you answer by asking another. She should probably be in a facility where she doesn’t have to deal with public. We ended up asking her for her supervisor and then she said “next customer”. I would not recommend this store
