My wife paid my monthly bill for my minutes. After paying the minutes the next 2 days my phone will stuck took it in to see if they could fix the problem they said I needed a new phone 120.00 list my phone after 2 days told them to cut it off till I find it. Now it's been found they don't want to give me my minutes I've paid for or a refund.. MetroPCS sucks.

I love this place it's better than the the one by my apartment that place they need to close since they weren't even open this place is excellent job I like the selection of cell phones that they have this is my new phone place excellent job guys

Prices are to high for accessories and you can even haggle with them to get a lower price which makes me think they are over pricing.

Small store with plenty of parking. Amazing friendly and well-informed customer service. The business is very well organized and clean. Stock on new phones is limited. You can pay your bill in person. Great hours and located near a few restaurants and stores. They speak Spanish. Plenty of parking.

Knowledgeable staff. The store policy however.. is iffy at best. I am happy to save my number from another company. However.. when they say new free phone for switching. It's not true. Do not believe it. Even when I brought my own phone in. There was an issue. So unfortunately a custermer end up paying more up front cost in the end. The "free" phone is not free. The switch over service is at cost.. and then there is applicable taxes. Smh. Yes this is not a for company storeTry mint mobile or even US cellular.. if you are looking to switch.

If i could put 0 stars i would . i walked in with a mask and got greeted with a GET OUT ! Not even hello people are not welcome here is the message you give. Way to show how your customer service was going to be so i left i will spend my money where im wanted. 5 enployees 1 customer in the store.
