Called at 1230 on a Monday to see about getting my battery tested. They said come on in. I arrived within 5 minutes and battery was tested. Ended up needing a new battery. They had to order a battery and within 30 minutes of the battery arriving I was out the door . Thank you Merlin. If you need some service I highly recommend them.

I have used this shop several times, this last time was for new Tires. They claim to Inspect all vehicles but I my case they could not have. Less than 5 days after picking up my truck the brakes failed. Had to have it towed and the shop that it went too showed me all the issues. A Caliper I had replaced 1.5 years ago was put on with a twist in the brake line that eventually was the failure point, Ball joints and tie rods were shot, Oil pan and trans pans leaking. (they did an oil change or said they did with the tires). Nothing was mentioned about any of these issues. I do not feel after this incident that they should receive any of my business any longer and warning everybody else to be careful if they have used them in the past. They have completely lost my business.

Couldn't get anyone to answer the phone, respond to voicemail, or confirm on-line appointment request two days in a row. Had great experiences there in the past but was forced to take my car elsewhere for a $200 repair job. If they had just picked up the phone that money would have been spent there.

If I can give zero stars I would. I took my car here to fix my air conditioning. I’ve come back four times because each time they told me it was fixed and it wasn’t. They still charged me 800 dollars and my air still does not work. They won’t give me a refund because they replaced something. Bottom line is I’m getting my car back without the air working and had to pay 800 dollars. Please go somewhere else, that’s what I had to do and they fixed it immediately. Professional service, I haven't had an issue with work they've done and more importantly I have never been told something needs to be done that didn't. They are my go to mechanic right now when there is something wrong with my car and I can't find or fix it. Biggest issue I have is getting in and out of the location can be a pain.

One of my coworkers recommended these guys, and I've been coming here ever since. They've never tried to sell me something I didn't need. They've always gone into detail explaining things that were wrong with my cars and even went so far as to recommend potential fixes, leaving the ultimate decision to me. You don't find quality auto shops like that too often.

I've gotten quotes here. All were honest summaries of what was needed. None of the pressure to pay more than is needed. Repairs completed in a timely manner. Will now use regularly.

All the Guy's were: friendly, good natured, very thorough, and so quick that I accomplished nothing that I needed with my Technology that I could've even started.*Honestly I compared my visit to the commercial where the Wife is sewing sweaters for the family photo, but not one sweater was complete!*

they were closed for emmision testing due to being short staffed and inclemate weather. So I drove in the snow to get my emmisions test and they hd a 8x11 piece of paper on the door. Post that fact on your website. NEVER going to that craptastic place.

I had a flat tire when I came into the shop today. Merlin in Kenosha was able to repair the tire, remount it and make sure all four tires were inflated to the same psi. The manager, Bob, could not have been more helpful! His crew were working on other cars as well as mine and we’re very organized and professional. I recommend this Merlin location!Service: Tires
