I typically don’t seek out help at this location because I like looking around. But whenever I do the staff is very friendly and willing to help. If they don’t have the specific item I need, they will suggest other options. Alexis, in the paint department is very knowledgeable.

menards, I would give you five stars, but you’re out of stock and at least one thing every time I go. I shouldn’t have to drive past 2 different Menards stores to get to one that has the inventory in stock. We can do better. You can do better!

Went to Menards and got help from Imaan from the paint department. She helped me pick out a
nice color for my kitchen cabinets and what roller to use! My cabinets turned out great, amazing customer service!

Great experience working with Russell in the kitchen cabinet department. Russell did an outstanding job guiding me through the cabinets set up. His knowledge and understanding of the product was a huge help! Also, a shout out to the managing department at checkout thank you for helping me.

Hello to all the staff of Kenosha Wisconsin and surrounding areas, unfortunately I have to file a complaint against the store and its store manager. It is not fair that people like this fire Hispanic staff just because of their color, race or because they simply don't like them. According to him, he fired him for accumulating a certain amount of points for arriving a minute or two late, I don't know when he did it. But there are other people right there who have called them into the office for the same case and just because they are white like him he gives them a second chance. When my son asked for a second chance and was denied. I think it is not valid, if there are rules in the company, apply them to all staff. Not just for those who don't like it.

Really clean store and same layout as the rest. I find comfort in the fact that no matter what Menards you visit, you know where everything is pretty much. How ever in that same honesty, Menards is never a store you visit on a whim. Unless it’s spring, cause the garden center flowers are usually always worth a walk through. That being said I didn’t need help finding anything. The only employee I had the pleasure of talking to was my cashier. Very likable, she actually made my mundane trip worth not driving a few more miles to Walmart. She had that personality that had you thinking maybe I should get a job here too. Names don’t usually get addressed in transactional conversation, but I wished I would have. She deserves to be acknowledged by her employer for her proficient customer service skills.
