“Helped me when I really needed it. In the medical world, it seems like nobody is there for you when you need help, especially if your problem is somewhat chronic, and you are older. So here it is Christmas eve, and my dad tells me that he fell yesterday and is finally ready to use a walker. I started calling medical supply places, and obviously every place is closed because it's Christmas eve! Not only did Kelvin answer the phone, but when I told him I was gonna need to have an Uber delivery in order to get it to my house, he realized that he didn't know how to charge me over the phone and the office team who could charge me over the phone had the day off. So what did he do? Sends it to me before I paid, planning to have somebody call me when they return. UNBELIEVABLE!! Who does that?
