Danny McTernan and McTernan Wireless are hands down one of the best businesses I have ever used. I’ve used MW several times both at my old house and my new build. They wired an entire Smart Home with Control4 for us for a new build and they are ALWAYS available for any questions or issues that come up with the technology. The entire MW team goes out of their way to make you comfortable with everything. I honestly could not speak any higher of Dan and the entire McTernan Family for all that they have done and continue to do!

No way in hell will I ever go back here. After leaving work and driving there 25 minutes one way I walked in to buy a phone as my wife washed my old one. I went here to support small business instead of going to the corporate store and putting up with their BS, but my mistake as I should have just ordered online from corporate and been done with it and not wasted an hour of my time. I have never walked in to McTernan and walked out unsatisfied. All of the employees are very knowledgeable. If the person I am speaking to can't figure something out, he gets help from someone who can help me.

I've been a customer for Verizon for 5 years and this location is the closest, but every time I go here I get a different answer for the exact same associate. I don't believe the people working here fully know what they are doing and what makes it worse is that they have a know it all attitude. Will not be returning and debating on cancelling my coverage.
