Maria put a zipper in a old clubs hooded sweatshirt that used to be my mom's haven't worn in the while she put a heavy duty zipper in for me at a real cheap price I gave her a 10 out of 10 I will be back with more business

WE LOVED MARIA❤️ Do not listen to any of these people! I am a plus sized bride who decided to wait til last minute to get my dress altered. I went to Maria and she got me in right away. Yes, she is very serious about her business but it's because she knows what she's doing. I did not feel even the slightest bit uncomfortable and she showed me exactly everything she would be doing. I had not even an ounce of knowledge on what to ask for but she knew exactly what I meant and did it perfectly. Her pricing is fair for a small business and she does great work. If we weren't moving, we would continue to go to Maria for anything that needs to be done to our fancy clothes!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Maria at her alteration shop, and I must say it was incredibly disappointing. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that Maria was more interested in giving her personal opinions rather than listening to my needs.
Whenever I tried to explain what I wanted, she would belittle me and dismiss my ideas, making me feel like my preferences didn’t matter. Not only that, but she had a habit of talking over me whenever I spoke, making it nearly impossible to convey my requirements.
Furthermore, Maria seemed incredibly overwhelmed and frazzled during our interaction, which made me question her ability to handle her business effectively. It was evident that she was not focused on providing quality customer service or ensuring customer satisfaction.
Overall, my experience with Maria was extremely negative, and I would never consider going back to her alteration shop again. Her lack of professionalism, refusal to listen, and disrespectful demeanor left me feeling frustrated and disheartened.

This woman explained to me how she wanted to alter the sleeves on my dress and when I told her I wasn’t comfortable with that she agreed not to do anything I didn’t want. Come to find out when I picked up my dress she did it anyway, I left crying. Later I called her and asked if she would just fix my dress to the way it was before and she was extremely unprofessional. She refused to fix my dress and hung up the phone. Perhaps simple alterations are her specialty. Please do not go to this woman with anything special. She will ruin it. She is over confident and rude.

Maria is a very talented seamstress. I had a pretty complicated show jacket that I use for showing horses and it has all sorts of sequins and bling on it that I needed more room in the arms. It was perfectly done and beautiful. Highly recommend Maria.Service: Alterations
