“I happy there is a service like this, I totally support this service. My experiences with two of the employees at this store, not so good, Both women were so short, like didn't talk, smile or help me out much, didn't offer any suggestions, I was stressed enough already, now when I go in if one or the other is there I avoid them and try to get one of the other employees working, if not I leave and come another day, I just don't want to deal with these attitudes”
“Excellent service. Friendly staff. All my visits from returning Amazon items to shipping family antiques to California have been positive. We did have to submit one claim for a chipped foot on a very large ceramic piggy bank. The store submitted the claim and kept us informed on the progress. Since we had them pack the item, we received our shipping costs back plus insurance money to have the chipped foot repaired.”
