This is the third brand new vehicle we've purchased from Lynch Chevrolet, and will be repeat customers. All of the staff was great and we look forward to doing business with them again!

Lynch Kenosha is comparable to getting into an unexpected car accident as they are lousy, cruel, sadistic outfit that take what they want and you do not get to decide. They are complicated, stressful, ignorant about daily accrual rate costs work, and do not listen to basic Tax, title, and license plate requests. They will sell you a used vehicle with additional tire and brake labor costs passed directly to you and in a vehicle accident nor give you a carfax on their stock. They do not offer military discounts for Used vehicles and are prejudiced toward any military service members of different skin color. A crooked manager who does not honor their own internet cash price, but allows for upcharges and makes you use their financing with Summit Credit Union. Refunds are weeks out as they will tell you that you can get a refund or opt-out that you cannot. Do not bother to have them perform video and audio recordings of you in their offices. Very bad place to do any ordinary car business as they treat you like a lowlife off the streets with their passive-aggressive demeanor sales staff.

I purchased a brand new 2022 Blazer from Lynch Chevrolet in September 2022, after 10 miles of the driving the AC started making a load moaning noise, instantly called the dealer and was told to make an appointment. Took car in a week later for an appointment and they said they did not hear anything. So the next time i was in Kenosha i stopped in with the car while it was making the noise. Jeff the service advisor, said that was loud, and made another appointment. By then the weather was cooler and the AC was no longer making the noise. After talking with Jeff, the service writer, he said bring it in when it warms up in the spring/summer of 2023. In June 2023 I made appoint for AC noise but the mechanic said they were unable to duplicate the noise and I was told to pick up my car.. Stopped by the dealer again, and had the service writer, Jeff, listen to noise. He made another appointment and they replaced AC compressor and told me the noise had been fixed. Unfortunately, the A/C made the same noise. I Dropped car back off again and told them to drive and keep the car until they could fix it. Over the 3 week period, I called the dealer for updates. After leaving 12 or more messages with no call backs, I had to go to the dealer to get any information. I was finally told they were working on it. I called the dealer again on 8-16 2023 and was advised to pick my car up as it was normal for the A/C to make a moaning noise and there was nothing they could do. They can not fix it so they say it is normal. They apparently called General Motors technical but GM sided with the dealer saying the mechanic said it was normal and suggested I take the car to another dealership. If the noise was normal, why would they suggest for me to take it to another dealership for service? I have checked with friends that also own a 2022 Blazer and they do not have the noise when the air conditioning is on. Noise is so irritating want to sell it back to dealer, they offered me $13000.00 less than I paid for it 11 months ago. I DO NOT RECOMMEND LYNCH CHEVOLET for service, sales or or General Motors customer service for satisfaction.

Terrible service department ! I would not recommend at all! Been a customer for many years and 4 cars later. Needless to say hello Martin Ford in Union Grove for getting me in for a oil change and tire rotation without any issues that's the key word right there Lynch. Thank you.

We bought a certified pre-owned car and have received zero support from salesman Marcus and used car manager Mike. Definitely a buyer beware place to buy a car. They move you right along, get you in a car and then pretty much say "nothing we can do". Definitely do not recommend.

I won't give them any stars! I'm so disappointed with their service department and even more disturbed that nothing has been done. I witnessed a young man that is employed there being called Bacon Boy! Why? He didn't look like he liked it and I was very upset that they kept calling him that. I think that bullying is absolutely wrong and shouldn't be tolerated at any place.

ZERO STARS FOR SURE! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! I called about a vehicle for sale on their lot. I then set up an appointment to purchase the vehicle. 2 hours prior to arriving I called to confirm that the vehicle was still for sale since I live 1 1/2 hours away. I was told it is absolutely still there and for sale and waiting for me and the appointment I made. After driving all the way there and arriving for my appointment, I met with the salesman and as soon as he pulled the vehicle up to the front of the dwalersgip another salesman came out and said the vehicle had been sold an hour prior. I was then offered to look at other vehicles. From doing my research the other vehicles were ALL more expensive. Congratulations Lynch on a superior bait and switch attempt. I am beyond sorry that I wasted my time and money driving all the way to that dealership. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE AND GO THERE AT YOUR OWN RISK! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Truly a shady and completely disgusting experience!

The sales people at this dealership are absolutely clueless and could care less if they waste people's time OR money. We checked availability of a vehicle HOURS before arriving. We were told it was available. Upon arrival- it miraculously had a deposit on it. And the sales team didn't bat an eye after we drove 90 minutes to buy it with a large down payment on hand. Too bad for them that there's no shortage of people who actually WANT to earn our business. I will tell everyone I know to steer clear of this dealership.

The kindness of a stranger was found at Lynch Chevrolet late on a Saturday afternoon. We were driving on the expressway when our Honda went over a shard of a blown tire in the roadway. Some how it became wedged my our heat shield causing the shield to drag on the road. We limped off the expressway. We thought it was our good fortune to see a Honda Dealership a mile a way. We pulled in but were turned away at the door. They were of no help whatsoever. Couldn't even tell us if the car was safe to drive or if there was anyone in the area who could fix it. We drove away slowly routing a path back home off the expressway. We turned into Lynch Chevrolet as a last ditch effort. I explained our problem to the manager and was fully expecting a shake of his head when I asked for help. Instead he said to pull the car in and the mechanic would take care of it. Ten minutes later the mechanic removed the tire shard and the mangled shield and we were able to continue our journey. Thank you to the manager and the mechanic for saving our weekend. They didn't have to service our Honda, but they did. So very much appreciate this act of kindness.
