It seems that this Lowes does not care much about products it delivers. We were delivered lawn mower that was stored outside (under the rain) although we bought new one. As a result, mower was completely dead, with a ruined starter, rusty nails, water inside the mower and ruined wheels stopper. This is unacceptable for such an expensive product. When we called Lowes, the person said he would talk to a manager and call us back. We never received any call back. As we called again, representatives were not aware of anything and completely unapologetic. After all they scheduled a second order for a new mower for us and said that delivery crew would drop it off and pick up broken one from us. They offered us 50 dollars refund for gas we used (we are talking about 3000 dollars purchase here, while we have our yard looking like dumpster due to waiting for mower for so long). Then they scheduled delivery to the wrong address which is in Illinois (although original mower was ordered to Wisconsin). So pretty much the whole "discount" we got went towards paying higher tax. The mower would be delivered to a wrong house if I did not notice the wrong address. As drivers arrived here, they were not able to move dead mower and were completely helpless. I had to call my neighbor to do it for them. Very disappointing experience and the fact that we had to babysit the whole process in order to receive our purchase.

You are a horrible store and I've had nothing but problems with my recent order. You sold it out from under me! Horrible way to do business. I will do my best to turn everyone away.

This place is a joke. Nobody greeted me family walking in. The lady at the service desk does not belong there. She had a horrible attitude and rolled her eyes at us. Sleepy Dave, the assistant manager has known idea what he is doing. Dave is clueless with 1/4 of a brain. High school students can handle situations much better. Think before you buy here. Exactly why this is not my preferred store. Go Home Depot!

Went to buy paint ended up with a Fridge. Don’t know how, just did. However, if you run into Rob he was very helpful and friendly. A great in store experience!

I bought a refrigerator last night but then started having second thoughts. I started to read reviews on line about another refrigerator that I didn't look at when I was there. I decided to go back to Lowes and look at the refrigerators again. I went to the desk and the lady seemed very busy on her computer. I tried to ask her questions but she was very short with me (like I was interrupting her). She did walk back to the refrigerators with me, and while i was asking her questions, she kept saying it's a personal preference. I was asking her about shelfs and ice maker etc. She seemed like she wanted to go back and work on her compuer instead of help me. I decided I was going to cancel my order and she handed me a card and said call them. I had no idea what she was talking about...I bought the refrigerator from Lowes...who was I calling to cancel? I asked to talk to the manager and I'm happy I did. He explained and talked to me about the difference in the refrigerators I was looking at. If it wasn't for the kindness and information I got from Rob, I would've canceled my order. Honestly, I don't usually complain, but this person's rudeness was over the top. Customer service = be kind and helpful.

I like Lowe's in Kenosha for many of my home improvement needs. Lowe's has some good sales, a great variety of products, and employees that are knowledgeable at the store.
Products
The variety at the store means that you won't have any trouble finding what you need for your project. I have always been able to find everything I need, the basics that you can get pretty much anywhere, but also things like the strangest specialty light bulbs for microwaves and others that I would have expected to be hard to find. The hardware section is also very eclectic in its offerings having just about any screw, nut, bolt, and other faster variety that you may need. I have come here many times with a screw or nut in hand that I need a few more of and always have found them in the correct size & threading to work perfectly.
Employees
I give 4 stars instead of 5 just based on the fact that in many experiences I have had trouble locating employees for help. Once I find them they are helpful but they can be tough to find at times. I did have one instance where I wanted to get some lumber cut down but unfortunately no one was available that was qualified on the saw. I was able to do it at home, but if you need something cut to length due to no tools or workspace at home it may prove fruitful to call ahead to see if someone will be able to get things down to the LxWxH you desire.

The store is always clean.
This particular visit I was just going into have a key made . It did take a few minutes to get an employee to help me. I got my key made paid for it and was out the door in 15 minutes.
Any staff I interacted with were friendly. There were no lines for checkout, so that was a plus .
