Excellent customer service at K-Town Market. The staff is friendly and went over the top to make sure I found what I was looking for/needed. It is difficult to find quality service. It is also a very convenient location toHIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!

I am so impressed with the staff and the kindness given to all patrons. The inside and outside were very well kept. I found the service to be above and beyond. I would recommend this store to anyone.

Great gas station for when I need to pick up quick items and be out the door fast. Everyone is nice and gets the job done quickly and efficiently. Gas is always priced lower or comparable to everywhere else in town.

Wish I could give them zero stars. It was ok before the new ownership. Been there twice both times I was in a hurry and the cashier just walks away from the counter to do something else. I understand things get busy, but it would be nice to let the customer know what’s going on. A simple I will be right back

Knowing a handful of people that have worked here within the past 12 months and hearing their experience... please save yourself from working here. And if you do end up being employed by them use it as a stepping stone for a better company/opportunity. They do not view their employees as people and disregard any major personal issues you may be going through. The owners will not have your back.. no matter how serious the situation is. If it doesn't benefit them, they don't care.. simple as that.

I used to love coming to this place. Now not so much with the new owners. I was here last night and there was about 5 people sitting around up front doing nothing while there was a line of people. One girl who was still being trained. She had a very bad attitude and took about 20 minutes to scan everything and then on top of that something went wrong so the manager had to step in. The cashier had a lollipop in her mouth and it was just kinda gross honestly. The products they sell have definitely went down hill.

The new owners have turned this Kenosha famous establishment into straight garbage! The perrines should never have sold, thanks Anthony :( I know previous long term workers have all been pushed out and the remaining workers cash their payroll checks not knowing if they’re going to bounce or not! Terrible ownership and management!

Whoever bought out Lou Perrine’s ran it into the ground already, what a shame. Twice I’ve noticed some items I bought expired a month or more prior. I shouldn’t have to look at EVERY single food product I buy here to make sure it’s safe to eat???? This place is trash now, Kenosha misses the Perrine’s.

Why is it even called Lou Perrine's anymore? It's a BP with Lou Perrine's decor. To the new owners I'm sure you noticed before the switch the place was always packed and now not so much, want to know why? No one in this area likes BP which is why you don't see many around.

Came in here for a gas can they're charging 22 dollars for a small 2 gallon gas can this place is ridiculous I'll never be back in this establishment

Went in for my hoho cake and the NEW owners no longer sell it. I decided to try the new cake they put in and it's garbage. Went in for bait to fish and still hasn't been stocked. We're done going to Lou's New people are already snuffing out a Kenosha gem ?
