Pro and cons are up too you but the landlord is the man ..very understanding and is a blessing to have..he is one in a million from the real..blessed to have such a place and a landlord to have ..many ways to bless yourself and make a way to level up!!! Yeaaaaaa!!!

The owner is great, he is extremely nice. We've had a unit there for over 10 years. Because it's not climate controlled, and mice may get in, is why it got 4 and not 5 stars. I just reorganized my unit a put out traps because we'll probably use it for another 10 years =)
