Welp took my wife to kohls today and with her breathing issues we had to turn around and leave!! The smells from Sophie were so bad she began coughing almost immediately!! Seriously couldn't that be at one end of the store with better ventilation instead of right at the front door in your face???

Some sales and hard to find and usually sold out. Shoe department is very limited in inventory. Style of clothes are undesirable. Prices are to high for the quality of merchandise.

I had a bad experience with the Amazon return department in this store. A white woman tall and big standing there was very mean and unfriendly to me. I was returned three of items, but after two days I only received two of them refunded and I doubt checked with Amanda customer service they said they didn't receive the information of one called soup maker from the Kohl's. I was very worry about, because it cost more money. I went to the store and talked to the manager Jason, he helped me to process the soup maker, the employee didn't get any process of this returning. She was mad behavior very slowing, a long line waiting. Very unprofessional. Rude. Hate those non professional employees, it's caused customer more works.
