This is my favorite Kohl’s store. I was shopping with coupons and Heidi was working at the check out and she was awesome, very polite and friendly! I will definitely keep shopping here!

Shopping at Kohl's in Kenosha Wisconsin was a lovely experience. The staff were delightful and very helpful.
Dale was the associate that took the time to help me unlock my charge card. She took all the time necessary and was professional through out the challenging process. She truly made the whole process easy and successful!

I found everything I was looking for, even the perfume, they didn't have it in stock at Sephora but the lady went to the warehouse for it, service 10/10

Dale was the associate that was there when I checked out. She was friendly and very nice. A great representative for Kohls!! Plus she smiled which always makes a difference!! You choose and train your associates well as I’ve never had a bad experience shopping at any Kohls. Thank you for that!!!

Just stopped by to drop off an Amazon return. Amazon returns are located in the rear of the store. This is a great service Kohls provides! Gentleman at the return counter was friendly and processed my return very efficiently.

I am so embarrassed and will probably not ever go back. I was in need of a last minute all black outfit for my son including shoes so I figured kohls would have a good selection and I went on my lunchbreak hoping to get everything I needed. I got everything including belt, socks, pants, a couple of shirts and some shoes. Everything added up to $185 and when I saw one checkout open with many people in line, I was told I could use the self checkout even though I had sensors. I of course set off the alarm and had to wait for someone to help me and get the sensor off. I get companies are trying to skimp by and cut costs, and this is the kind of stuff that makes me look more into online shopping. Kohls is now like Walmart; one lane open and only self checkouts.
