Most of the time I absolutely dread going into a dealership looking for a car. I compare the normal experience to getting a tooth pulled with no pain killers. My experience with Kenosha Subaru has been nothing short of the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. From the friendly, no pressure staff to the final signing of he papers the staff at Kenosha Subaru are by far the best people to work with. If anyone wants to purchase a Subaru, this is absolutely the place to go to.

I think the best word to describe this dealership is pathetic. After renting a crosstrek subaru over vacation, I decided that it would be perfect for me. The only features I wanted were a moonroof and heated seats. From the jump, I was initially misinformed by the internet salesperson that I could not get the premium trim with those two features, so I was being quoted on the sports trim. I went in to discuss the quote with Chase Kirk, and he was rude from the jump stating that it was a "significant discount" and they would not be able to move on the price. That's fine, but the attitude was unwarranted. Someone followed up with me the next day or so and got me in contact with Chase again. We started discussing a premium crosstrek, and I was happy with the quote and ready to make the deal. Since I had only driven the sport and it has a bigger engine, I requested a test drive. Chase started to get pushy stating that it was fine if it was "still available" and I could "risk" not immediately putting a deposit down. I ended up requesting a test drive with a different salesperson, and I soon received a call from Chase. He was EXTREMELY rude over the phone. Not surprising since his manager DJ is just as rude and couldn't even say sorry for the rude behavior of his salespeople. Guess this dealership's #1 concern is money...not their customers. It's fine though, I just bought the same car from a different dealership. Don't go here :)

I initially was really happy with this dealer. Until I needed a radio replaced under warranty. The service writer was going to call me to let me know if the radio was approved under warranty. 2 weeks go by no call. So I call. Talk to a manager. Yep he got it approved and it's on order. We will call you when parts come in. Should be here in a couple days. A week goes by no call. So i call and talk to manager. Yep your radio has been sitting here for a week. So I make the appointment to get the radio and some other parts done under warranty. This was early June.
I get a call that their computers were hacked and they can't give me a receipt. As soon as their systems come back they can email one to me. Also one of the struts was bent and they are on backorder so they can't replace those at this time. OK fine.
I call a couple weeks later. They are still having system issues and when they see the struts are available they will call me
2 days ago a girl calls me to ask how mt service was. I said well I STILL don't have a receipt of my service and whats the status of my struts? She said she was going to get jeff (?) And have him give me a call back in regards to that and she would email my invoice right over
That was Wednesday morning. It's Thursday evening. STILL NO RECEIPT FROM SERVICE ALMOST 2 MONTHS AGO! Even though she said she was sending it right over and verified my email address while I was on the phone. And jeff, the same guy who dropped the ball on the radio, the same guy who was going to call me right back in just a few minutes? Still no call!!! What's it take for your service writers to follow up with customers? I'd love to know the status of my struts. I'd love to have the receipt for the extensive work I had the dealer do ALMOST 2 MONTHS AGO!!!!
WHERE IS YOUR FOLLOW UP? LIKE SERIOUSLY! I SHOULDNT HAVE TO PSYCHO CALL YOUR DEALERSHIP TO GET BASIC FOLLOW UPS DONE!

We had the pleasure of working with Isaiah Hunter this weekend in our search for a car for our son. He was excellent at communicating the status of the car we inquired about and had the car ready for a test drive when we arrived. He answered all of our questions and had the CarFax printed out for us. My son ended up picking a different car at a different dealer but only because it met his needs better.

I bought my Crosstrek back in 2017 from another dealer and moved twice since then. The original dealer was pretty good, then the second dealer in IN was a horrific experience. Moved up here 2 years ago and was delighted to find Zeigler Subaru. They have done all maintenance and other work on my Subi, and every interaction and experience with the shop has been outstanding. On the occasions where it took more than a few hours to service my car, they provided a loaner, free of charge. I am not ready to buy again because I love my Subi so much, but when I do decide to replace her, I will buy from Zeigler. Outstanding dealership.

Chase was our sales rep, and he was very helpful and patient with us. We originally walked into the store looking for Subaru vehicles or Toyota vehicles. We test drove a Subaru Legacy Premium and a Impreza Sport, both vehicles were of excellent quality and performance and Chase answered an overwhelming supply of questions and clarifications for us. We ended up going with the Legacy Premium with the 2.5 Turbo CVT because it was only 1000 higher than the Impreza Sport which also gave us more vehicle size. He also gave us complimentary premium floor covers because the cloth ones were not going to work. He even assisted me because I was and still an Uber/LYFT Driver i was renting an UBER vehicle and on the day the final deal went down and I was ready to pick up the car, I had to drive the rental back into West Allis and drop the rental, but obviously after that I would have had no ride to come all the way back to Kenosha to finish the deal but Chase came all the way out to West Allis on his day off and picked my wife and I up and brought us back into Kenosha to pick up our new car which we named her : "TILLY".
Excellent high-quality vehicle a few quirks and malfunction with non-essential systems, very stable because of the BOXER Engine around turns, it hugs the ground and the captain chairs in the Car hug you and embrace you keeping you secure and comfortable. Even in wet she stays glued to the road. The paddle shifters also make for excellent driving experience. I bought her when she was only 8 - 34 Miles old she now has close to 2200 but a flawless piece of machinery and craftsmanship she's going to serve me well. Also, the Legacy's ride much higher than most Sedan's so I am not falling into my car, it's actually a high rider when compared to other vehicles and she is still a Sedan and not an SUV, and her headlights for Nighttime driving are completely "SICK" and off the charts, extremely bright and the headlights turn with your steering wheel movements so to light up the road along your turn.
Overall conclusion if you like to work with an individual that will go above and beyond for his customer to answer questions and is patient like our situation CHASE is your best guy. Please tell him that Eric and Kristina referred you to him. Everything and every point of our journey he was HONEST and UP FRONT with us. Every person there at the dealership besides CHASE really helped us out a lot even with questions that I had and some of them were probably pretty "STUPID" questions, but they still answered them just the same.

I was looking for a new car after my 2017 Kia got stolen and totaled. I was hesitant between Toyota RAV4 and the Crosstreck Wilderness. Because of the salesman I was working for (his name is Anthony), I decided to go with Subaru! My first Subaru ever owned. Now don’t get me wrong, I absolutely LOVE my car.
We had some issues in the beginning, but nothing too deal breaking. The hood was damaged during transit so we had to wait (only about a week) for me to get the car. No biggie. We got the car and was told we had to wait 30 days for our ZGaurd to be applied. Ok, no biggie. After 30 days we hadn’t heard from anyone. Called multiple times and no answer. Had to go into the dealership to get an appointment for my ZGaurd to be put on. This is where the issues starts.
Fast forward 6 months later, I noticed bird poop stains on the hood of my car. I thought ZGaurd was suppose to prevent this from happening, but within 6 months it’s already started staining. Called the dealership multiple times to see if I could get it re-applied. No answer. Had to drive to the dealership AGAIN. When we were there, we met a nice salesman (can’t recall his name). Said he’d give my name and number to the service department who does the ZGaurd application to schedule an appointment for a Monday. Well, Monday rolls around and never got a confirmation email or phone call. My appointment was never set up. Called again to finally get the appointment set up and confirmed.
The salesman and “Numbers Guy” (can’t recall his name) were really good people but they no longer work there. I feel like the personnel at Ziegler Subaru of Kenosha no longer have the same compassion now then when I first bought the car.
Edit, because I don’t know how to reply to the comment on this, but I would call your manager but I’m STILL waiting on a call that I *should* have received a few days ago. My one star still stands.

I was very pleased with how smooth and simple the buying process was. Our salesman, Andy, was great at explaining the many features on the vehicle as well as answer any question we had. The test driving experience was also amazing, Andy made us feel comfortable and told us to take our time to fully appreciate the car. I also appreciated him mentioning that we could put a hold on the car if we really liked it to ensure that it wouldn't get sold as we made up our mind. We came back a few days later to crunch up a deal and ultimately take the car home. Subaru's are awesome vehicles and we are very happy with our purchase but the customer service and honesty throughout the process made a huge impact. Thank you Andy!

Fantastic experience!! I worked with Kaelie J. She was wonderful. I did not end up buying the car, but if I am ever looking again this dealership and Kaelie will be my first contact. 100% recommend.
