They did an amazing job of walking us through the process of adding quartz countertops to our kitchen reno. When everyone else had 8-12 week wait times, they were 2 weeks. Highly recommend! Super nice, talented, and fair pricing

I shopped around at so many other granite Companies and quoted nearly $10,000.!! Found Kenosha/Racine Granite for a fraction of the price. Quick installation after measurements were done. All slabs fit Perfectly just like a glove. And they even installed an extra small granite slab in an additional coffee nook that I had In a different part of the kitchen …complementary. They went up and beyond… Thank you so much for the Great Service!!! Attaching pictures of how we transformed our kitchen.

Long story short, We spoke to them in July. Gave them our first payment first week in August. Communication was not great at all. We didn't hear from them several months later. We are already in December and our kitchen counter still not install. We keep calling but was given different promises but nothing happen. Until now we are still waiting....
To continue my survey, Jan.02,2024 finally my kitchen counter is done! Please do your research about this company. Lucas is not trustworthy! Poor customer service. Good luck to all, if you pick this company.

I am so pleased with Kenosha and Racine Granite Company and the Granite countertop Don, the owner, installed in my bathroom. Don was very helpful in the selection of the granite. He came out to the house at my convenience and measured and within a week he returned and expertly disconnected the sink, removed the old countertop, and installed the new, reconnected the sink plumbing, and even helped me replace the mirror. Don was very efficient, courteous, and professional. The price was below my expectation, and the granite itself is beautiful. I love the diversity in the stone he selected. I am very pleased and highly recommend Don and Kenosha-Racine Granite Corporation.

I am very happy with my beautiful counters from Kenosha Racine Granite. When I first went to look they had a huge selection of beautiful stones to choose from. The best and largest selection onsite for miles around. Lucas was very knowledgeable and patient. I was having a hard time deciding what to go with. He explained the different types of stones and their durability. He allowed me to look over everything a few times and made some suggestions. I finally settled on a lovely piece of quartzite that had large Chrystal pieces that light will glow through.. When Don the owner came to measure I told him I'm hoping for an Easter miracle. It was just a couple weeks away and I was hoping to have my counters installed by then. He let me know he would do his best. It would have been done but unfortunately I had to make a last minute change due to the cabinets coming in damaged and having to redo a section. They were all very patient and kind and recut the section I needed. when they came to install my counters there were a couple cuts that fell short due to a couple odd angles. The installers called Don and he immediately said " I'm sorry .How can I make it right?" We worked out the details and he recut my counters and let me keep the original stone I purchased and cut them into pieces to use as a coffee table and end tables. I could not bare to part with these beautiful pieces of stone. The customer service was awesome! I appreciated him working with me to correct the mistake. This is no longer common in todays world (as I unfortunately learned with the cabinets). I would definitely use them again in the future and will recommend them to all my friends and family.Cheryl Stoneberg

Don and his team are exceptional! We remodeled our kitchen and last minute wanted to upgrade our wet bar which they accommodated with ease. Great product and selection. Friendly and knowledgeable service from Lucas, Don, Juan and Steve. Terrific value and the end result is top notch. They exceeded our expectations on timing, specifically between measuring and installation. I would highly recommend!

Highly recommended!!! I bought cabinets & granite countertops from Kenosha Racine Granite.I think I met everyone in the company; Don the owner, Lucas (rockstar sales & support), the installers and the peeps that actually cut the granite.Lucas and his team were flexible with my delivery & install, the crew was very helpful and professional in getting my cabinets and countertops installed to my satisfaction.Lucas helped me with my kitchen layout, putting the right finishes and in my color scheme(all grey). I’m very glad I bought American made cabinets with the color and features I wanted and fit all into MY budget.I had additional requests after the final install, and they came to visit every time delivering the new materials.I am very satisfied with my purchase.This is a big ticket item for any homeowner and I feel that even the after sales support has been phenomenal.If you only rely on reviews or things written online, you’ll miss out on a great local business. Go visit this business, meet the people and look at the size of their operation, selections and warehouse (indoor & outdoor) - far exceeded my expectations from what I compared with certain big-box stores that you only shop online (and they up-charge you for every little thing) and other cabinet places that have huge signs overlooking the highway but very dark showroom with no samples and no inventory.My cabinets and countertops look phenomenal and I’m very happy with my purchase, install and support from Kenosha Racine Granite. Truly a local gem.

These guys are awesome! Very proficient and professional! Even after my bad decision to try to diy my backsplash, Lucas came through for me and even with a discount...maybe for pity, not sure, but again, the trio team of installers are great! Great job guys!! Thank you!!

We paid a downpayment on a quartz bathroom countertop in Feb. As of Nov 15, we are still waiting for someone to come and do final measurements so we can get the counter. We cant proceed with our bathroom renovations without this piece. No calls. No followup. Meanwhile, out of 3 bathrooms, we only have 1 bathroom downstairs which has a functioning toilet and sink, not the two bathrooms upstairs by the bedrooms. Why no communication.?

This business is as shady as it gets. Walked around the warehouse, picked up 3 different slabs of quartz "at difference price points" (but how could he know because nothing was marked or bar coded, went back in the office and the sales guy says "ok I texted the owner for prices"...uuhhhh how did he even know what we picked out? Then called and texted multiple times to follow up after not hearing back from us.

Avoid Don and his team at Kenosha and Racine Granite. Very poor customer service. Prepare to either "finish" the job yourself or hire someone else to finish it. Please see below for additional details. Also note I gave them a 2nd chance for a separate property and it was consistently poor. Purchasing the Stone You are asked to bring in your measurements so that they can price it. Fair enough. But you need to push them to go out and verify the measurement. Which was more of a mitigation for us to avoid having them come back to say we measured wrong and would need to purchase a new stone. Scheduling Good luck getting a date. Don and his schedule varies, expect a 24hr notice. Tear out and Installation Instead of cutting out the old caulk bead and removing the old countertops they apparently prefer the rip it out method with no concern for damage to the backing or drywall. This is just pure lazy. Anchored and out must be their installation motto. Do not expect anything else. If this is all you expect, you are in good hands. If you have had good installation service in the past they will level everything, re-run the caulk bead, confirm drawers and hardware are functioning. I questioned the cost of installation as I found it to be very low relative to the competition. I let my penny pinching get the best of me. Last comment here and most importantly, we had tile on the wall for our 2nd job. Instead of cutting at the grout line for the tile and breaking off 1 row of tiling for the new cabinets to fit, they tore down the entire wall of tile and left it like that, calling the job complete. This was not mentioned in the contract or covered in the scope of work. Follow-up One drawer was broke upon installation and it took 4wks to get it fixed. Note when you speak with them they tout everything is made in the US and only takes 2wks to get. Apparently that doesn't hold true for poor installation follow-up.
