Pretty unprofessional staff, believe the reviews when they tell you they're baiting you with these fake prices. Even on pre owned they're adding $4000 in mandatory "packages" to EVERY vehicle. They even tried to pull one on me with a trade in I don't even have, and then play it off.

Terrible car buying experience. We purchased a certified used vehicle and had to drive 2 hours to bring it back. Found out there are undisclosed engine issues and the vehicle is unable to be repaired. I waited 3 weeks to find this information out, no one returned my email or calls the entire time. I returned to pick out a new vehicle and they didn't have anything similar to the original purchase and they said they would have two cars available for me to look at, they only had one after driving 2 hours. My loan went up another $50 and I have a total of 14 credit checks because of these people!!!

I contacted them about a car. Someone called me back. I explained I was driving 45 minutes away so I was extremely serious about purchasing this car and my down payment would 10K. I made an appointment for 9am the following day. I got there & no appointment was made for me. I explained I spoke to women on the phone. The guy asked me did she sound white or black on the phone. I'm like WTH. Sense drove 45mkns can anyone help me? He pulls the car up and says give me a second leaves comes back 3 mins later to tell me THE CSR ISN'T there and they a similar car for doubles the price I said nevermind I'm out. He said can we contact you about other cars I said I'm not driving out here again. Very unprofessional and disappointing

I made the mistake of not reading reviews on Kenosha Nissan. I got careless because they had the exact car I wanted. The agreed price was acceptable but they forced me to finance with them after I told 3 people that I was financed at home. They were given the contact info by 9 AM but refused to call my CU. It was after 5PM on a Friday before we agree to a price so I would have to come back on Monday. I was financed at 4.99. Their offer was 8% but they said I could refi at home. They did not give me copies of the docs except on a thumb drive, which would not open. It was about 10 days later that I got the financing paperwork from their bank. They had charged me 23% sales tax and also "threw in" (That means no charge, right?) a 4 yr extended warranty. The car had 3 years of factory warranty left so I was paying $5500 for 18 months of questionable coverage. Now, 10 weeks later, they are making threatening phone calls to my credit union demanding the title for my trade-in. There was no title issued yet when I traded it in. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE THUGS. They are bare faced liars and you will regret the deal when the dust settles.

Horrible experience with Kenosha Nissan. On Saturday, my husband I were looking to purchase a car for our daughter. We found a car listed on their site. We went to see it and were told it had not yet arrived. The description listed it as having "all new tires" and "all new brakes." 4 days later, the car arrived and we went for a test drive. The tires were bald and the brakes were noisy but we were told by the sales rep, Kyron, that it was standard to replace all tires and breaks. Fast forward 15 minutes later and we are presented with an offer to purchase the car but they have added nearly 1000k for a LoJack and 2000k for exterior and interior surface protections. We tried to decline these "add ons" but were told the LoJack was already installed and could not be refused. Then why isn't it part of the listed price?! We were told by the "manager" they'd replace the right front break but when we cited the ad, which said "all new breaks" and "all new tires" we were told this would not be happening. We happily walked away. Googling this dealership I can see that they pull the same games with the LoJack and protective sprays with other people. Unless you are a diehard Nissan fan, and if you are you should figure that out, avoid this dealership at all costs. Why list a car on your site that isn't there? That's also a frequently reported problem by other customers. This place is entirely low end and I would avoid at all costs. I've had bad experiences at car dealerships for sure but this probably takes the cake. It's so gross that there are people like this out there that try to make money ripping people off. RUN!!!

Stay away from this dealership. I'm having a terrible experience with them in my history of car purchase. Everything about the dealership is fraud- the advertised mileage on my vehicle is different from the actual mileage, missing parts, and defective parts on my car. Within 48 hours of purchase, I'm having to drive to another dealerrship for water pump replacement. Another $1,500. Above all, their staff is rude, discounters and lacks integrity...and non- transparent. What you see in this dealership is not what you get. This is a summation of my experience buying a car of $60k OTD from them.

Not impressed with this dealership. My husband saw a car on their site he was interested in test driving the next day. He was told he could come in and do a test drive. We arrived to find out NONE of the cars we were interested in that were listed on their website were physically there. We made a special trip to specifically test drive an automobile and we were shown nothing. They acted like they were doing us a HUGE favor to have ONE of the cars we were interested in test driving transferred to this dealership in a couple of days and then made it sound as if they expected us to commit to buying it. Did not give us a good feeling. Funny thing is, IF they had had the car we were interested in on the lot and the test drive gone well, we planned on purchasing it that day as we really needed to replace one of our cars. After this experience, we will take our business elsewhere. It costs nothing to be upfront and honest and will win you more business in the long run.

Horrible experience seeking a car here. We were going to leave as we had an appointment elsewhere. At that time, they increased their offer and we accepted. This turned into "the finance department is already closed for the night, but we'll have the check in the morning", then the check on Monday, and when I went to leave work Monday evening, it still wasn't available. I informed them I was coming to pick up the car and it wasn't available to pick up, but the promised the check Tuesday morning. While that did drive it to my office Tuesday, it was mid-afternoon and again after I had to threaten to pick the vehicle up. When the check was dropped off, they couldn't even write the check correctly (it was my mother's vehicle and they made it out to a combination of our names, despite being given EXPLICIT directions on who to make it out to).Overall a horrible experience, and we'll never be back again.

Tony Twall is an excellent sales manager. He did an excellent job on getting my payments down to an affordable amount. This is my second car from here and I am extremely happy with the service.

I scheduled service appointment for Friday October 28th, 2022 with Bob Rohrmans service department for oil change and inspection of car for winter, I purchased car from this dealership and at the time gave them a great rating when I purchased vehicle appox 1.5 years ago the service dept review is poor. After waiting a significant of time I was told by Ken Bosshart in Service that I would need tire rotation, service on my battery, brake fluid exchange, fuel system cleaning, new cabin filter and my total came to $539.22 which shocked me but I need my vehicle and gave them the ok and they were pleasant while taking my money. On Saturday October 29th, 2022 I drove to the Wisconsin Dells approx 2 hrs from Greenfield Wisconsin and planned on staying 5-6 days.On Sunday evening October 30th, 2022 my check engine light came on which I was very concerned about since I just had service done and it has only 16,000 miles on. Naturally nothing is open on Sunday evening. On Monday morning October 31st, 2022I contacted the service department at Bob Rohrmans Kenosha Nissan and again spoke with Ken Bosshart and explained that I just came in from service and I found it strange that a light came on that looked like a small radiator which turned out to be a check engine light. Ken immediately stated Rohrmans Nissan did nothing wrong to cause this and it must be a bad senor which happens all of the time which i found odd for a vehicle with 16,000 miles. He immediately became defensive, condescending rude & hostile and told me I should go to the nearest dealership which was more than an hour away. At no time did he offer any assistance, help or just basic customer service skills. Very different from the previous friday when collecting the $539.22. I left my vehicle parked and on day I was returning thurs. November 3rd I contacted Gordie Boucher Nissan in Greenfield which was closer than Bob Rohrmans in Kenosha nor did i now trust Rormans Nissan nor did I think they would admit it if they caused the check engine light to go on.After leaving my car at Gordie Boucher and pretty much wasting my whole day without a vehicle I was informed that what caused the check engine light to go on with because of vacum leak in intake tube due to breather hose being left off of air intake and needed base idle reset to clear diagnosis also the lower splash clips were missing on right side 2 small and 2 large.I was than informed that the service was going to be $226.50 which would not be covered on my Nissan warranty because the previous dealer (Bob Rorhmans caused the issue.. The next day on Friday November 4th, 2022 I drove to Bob Rohrmans Nissan in Kenosha and asked to speak with service manager and explained what had happened and told him I felt I should be reimbursed for the service at Gordie Boucher since they caused the issue. He explained this was not the norm &took a copy of my invoice from Gordie Bourcher and told me that Gordie Boucher over charged me and they should have contacted Bod Rorhmans and I should have came to Bob Rohrmans for service I explained it was another 35 minutes away and I honest didn't feel confident after my initial hostile call with Ken Bosshart. He told me he would get back to me and I allowed a few days to contact me with a resolution, today is Wens. November 16th, 2022 and I have yet to receive a phone call, email or any reimbursement check. It appears once they got their money for the initial service ($539.22) they washed their hands and I gave them the opportunity to resolve I would have given them a better rating. I understand mistakes happen and if the follow up service is good and or resolution is good it makes a big difference especially that they lost a long term customer for life and I will warn anyone wanting to use this dealer for service.

I bought a 2011 Kia Sportage from them, but before the test drive my wife noticed damage to the trim around the drivers side rear wheel. The salesman Tony promised that if I purchased the car they would repair and give me a loaner no charge. I have left messages and emails with no response. Finally Tony calls me and looks in my file and said yep they have the contract in the file. Said he gave it to service and they would contact me for said repair. No one has called except a manager that thought I had was interested in a car. Are you kidding me, do your research before leaving a customer a message. His message was about me being interested in a car. Come guys.

Buyer beware , this dealership loves to try to pull the wool over your eyes . They know for ONCE they have the upper hand and can take advantage of the customer. The prices online AREN'T transparent, they are thousands MORE at the dealership because they add on a $3k bull crap package that you have no choice but to buy. They wanted me to pay DOUBLE what the car was worth . My son had saved up $9k and they refused to take that much because them and the bank wanted to try to make as much money in interest on my as possible. When we went in the finance manager was so incredibly rude and knows that right now the consumer is the one that has the lower hand . The way he treated my family and myself was like we are nothing .Don't go to this dealership, do your research.Go with the local family owned dealership. I can see why this place has 2 stars , it should have zero .
