In both cases I received superior assistance from my agent Joe Werwie Jr. I know claims aren’t an agent’s favorite thing to deal with but his agency was kind and accommodating walking me through the process. I’ve been with State Farm for around 50 years with my only other claims over 20 years ago. While agents have retired and I have changed states Joe has been one of the best agents I’ve dealt with.”

“Zach is a phenomenal agent, unfortunately due to my unique situation, I did not meet the criteria for a policy with Zach, but that’s not where his hustle ended. Although he was busy and there shouldn’t have been a reason for our phone call to continue, he took 20 additional minutes to talk to me, as a person… not as a client he couldn’t accept. With respect and honesty, it felt like talking to a long-time friend. In those 20 minutes, he guided me in the right direction, gave me numbers to call and other things to try, even though it did nothing for him. Whoever left the one star review is likely not happy with the state requirements, or State Farm requirements, Zach can’t change those things.Update: the information that Zach gave me, and direction he guided me in, led me to a policy $1000 annually cheaper than seven competitors I spoke to in the area that day. Zach didn’t make a dime off that. True stand-up guy. Thank you Zach!”

“Very very nice staff, easy to do business with, very helpful as an agency. Auto premiums were in no way competitive with others in the same field, premiums just kept going up and up and up while my driving record stayed the same, 30% higher premiums for Apples to Apples coverage. I guess they have to pay for Jimmy Fallon to be on their commercial, but it won't be due to my premium hikes.”
