“Unfortunately I’ve had two instances regarding claims this year. In both cases I received superior assistance from my agent Joe Werwie Jr. I know claims aren’t an agent’s favorite thing to deal with but his agency was kind and accommodating walking me through the process. I’ve been with State Farm for around 50 years with my only other claims over 20 years ago. While agents have retired and I have changed states Joe has been one of the best agents I’ve dealt with.”
