Came into the bank today on April 3rd,2023 to get a letter notarized. I was in line for 15min waiting one teller opener and to other tellers working on something else. I had 5 customer behind me. Finally the manager comes over and opens up she calls me next. I come over I tell her I need a letter notarized she says o I have a line of people I said yeah I no I’ve been in line for 15min already she’s like yeah I have to take care of the line first I said your telling me I waited 15min already and have to continue to wait when it’s my turn she says yes sorry you can sit and wait or you can go. So disappointed with the service I will not return here again. The manager here shouldn’t be a manager at all she knows nothing about customer service. She could have handle this way better.
