I have been renting a car every month from Hertz Car Rental- Kenosha for the past 13 months and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. Devin in particular has been an absolute gem. Every time I visit, Devin goes above and beyond to ensure I get the most reasonable offer and the best car available. His dedication and passion for his work are truly commendable.
He is incredibly supportive always making sure that every requirement is fulfilled. His knowledge about the cars and the rental process is impressive and he consistently provides excellent recommendations. Thanks to Devin's efforts I have never had any issues with the cars I have rented. Each vehicle has been reliable and well maintained making my rental experience smooth and hassle-free.
If you're looking for a car rental agency that offers outstanding service and a personal touch I highly recommend Hertz Car Rental - Kenosha branch. David's exception customer service makes all the difference.

They stole almost $70 from me. Tried contacting the company and they gave me the run around! No one can tell me what the charge was for. Took the vehicle back in perfect condition and filled the tank up. Was told Corporate would be reaching out to me yet another lie.corporate would be reaching out to me yet another lie $70 is an insane amount of money to take and with no explanation. Called them on 7/26/24 still no response or explanation. Adding photos of my receipt of services and my credit card bill. Wouldn’t do business with them ever again!!

I booked a reservation with this location for a weeks rental and indicated a Mazda 6 or similar vehicle from 7/2-7/9. Upon my arrival I had to wait an hour to be serviced because there was only one person on sight even though it was a holiday weekend and sure to be busy. The front desk associate had to be the cashier, car attendant, and the washer/vacumer of all vehicles coming in and going out. When he finally got to me he stated that they only had a Nissan Sentra available which is not as big inside as the Mazda 6. I have a torn ACL and a dislocated kneecap and the Nissan was uncomfortable for me. I called in and spoke with the attendant and he told me he only had SUv’s available at that time. I informed him that I would like to upgrade to a full passenger vehicle the follow day. They told me to come in around noon for the swap. When I made it there they told me they didn’t have any full-size vehicles available all they had were SUV’s and due to my medical condition they would upgrade me to the SUV free of charge. Your return date is 7/10 by 4:30 pm. Make it is returned with at these the quarter tank of gas indicated. Once I take the pictures and we walk around you’ll be good to go. I transferred my items and left quoted at $566 which included a $200 refundable deposit. In 7/10 around 8 am I received a call asking did I intend to extend for a day. I told him the guy that transferred told me to bring the vehicle back 7/10 by 4:30 pm. I was then told that that info was incorrect and asked what time I should be expected. I told them I would be there by 10 am and he said ok. I arrive on sight and he’s outside with other patrons so I patiently go inside and wait. After no one comes to assist me I go outside, tell him who I am, and I would like a receipt. He continued to take his time assisting me and acted as if he didn’t want to give me a receipt at that time. I informed him I needed to get back to work and would expect the receipt within the hour. Low and behold I never received the receipt. When I finally did it was $702 instead of the $366 that it should have been. They charged me $240 as a vehicle upgrade fee and an additional day at $63 plus’s tax. How does a weekly rental of $316 per week over double. Be very very Leary of these slick talkers and sheisters. They’ll tell you one thing and do another. I spoke with billing and was told I would only be charged for the week as indicated and taxes yet and still they charged my card $702 and now I can’t get a hold of anyone or they keep asking if They can return the call. I’ll be booking from the airport from now on and it certainly won’t be with Hertz. Buyer Beware!

Not recommended at all be aware please and confirm your call rent before you go ‘ bad experience and bad costumer service, I have booked a car from’ Uber the person there doesn't deal with people well, he call me on the phone and he said that my reservation is was cancelled’ without any reason and he want to rent me a another car it’s not what I’m looking for’ I drive there 2hours and when I was there he don’t speak with me well’ it’s for you ‘black guy you are very lucky that you are with someone who does not like to see you fired for your job, and and I cancel my follow for your rude behavior’

If I could give no stars I would. First off their rates are ridiculous, I found a rental through enterprise 400 dollars cheaper than them after being pushed out 3 different times with useless phone numbers to call and no actual answers and that's what pushed me to look elsewhere because I went to said location 3 different times for help and he gave me a piece of paper and highlights a number that gave me no help. Glad that I didn't use this useless company.

We have rented a car from this Hertz in Kenosha twice. Both were great experiences. Devin is excellent. He makes renting a car easy and very professional. We will rent here for our next trip to Kenosha.

To be honest, was a bit nervous to rent at Hertz seeing all the negative reviews here. Luckily, my experience was great. Mgr. Devin was very courteous and moved quickly to get my rental ready. He clearly answered questions and made sure I knew details of charges, etc.
It is a small branch, so if you need a particular vehicle, probably best to call and check - the website will let you reserve anything (even if it's not onsite). Do your homework on deposits/payment as they have a few cards they don't accept and they keep a hefty deposit for others (debit).

Listen to all these reviews, Don’t do it !!!!! Save yourself a headache! Horrible experience as well as customer service ! I rented a car on line for pickup from this location about hour before pickup I received a call to call them . I called them when the agent informed me they had no cars in stock !! When I told them that I was already charged on my card he informed me to call customer service to get it reversed! He offered no solution to the issue and was unprofessional!
