Great selection and all levels of quality. Lovevtheir tool storage options. I still prefer Dewalt or Milwaukee as a professional but they do have some great options for diy or single use projects. Great prices on consumable items

Love this place, tools are far from perfect but the prices make up for it. The employees are always super nice and helpful.

My husband lives this store. That's why I never go with him, because he ends up being in there for hours.

I've shopped at Harbor Freight for years and I'm an Inside Track Club member. I've had innumerable good experiences with Harbor Freight, their tools and customer service over the years and this recent bad experience certainly won't change my patronage. However, I was recently in the Kenosha store to buy a 2 ton shop crane (Pittsburgh 58755). I admit, I was unfortunately last-minute on this purchase as the store was closing and I needed it that day to start on the job — I had only just come to the conclusion that the job would require purchase of a shop crane because the length of time I estimated I would need a rental would cover at least ⅔ the cost of purchase for the given job -if- I didn't run into any other issues, and quickly approach and potentially surpass total cost if any issues arose, and I knew I would need it again for additional jobs. However, the site indicated they only had one in stock, and when I asked for it, another associate looked in the back for it and concluded the one they had "in stock" was the display item, which they will not sell... If you aren't going to sell the display item, why is the display item included in sellable inventory? To advertise you have ANY in stock and state you cannot sell the one you have is a strong disservice to customers. I wound up purchasing a Power Torque 2 ton shop crane from O'Reilly's for the same price, which, incidentally, was also the display item... Just have to say, Harbor Freight missed out on a $330 sale because they inventoried and would not sell the display item, and this resulted in the purchase of a display item from a competing store anyway!
