Tried to support a small shop over a large marketplace when purchasing a special part for a client. Their website indicated the item was in stock and would deliver within a few business days. I purchased, and 10 days after purchase still had not received a shipping email. Inquired, and found out the part was backordered and would be another 3 weeks for delivery. Zero notification of this was given to me at any time, and if I had not reached out, I could've had my client waiting for a month for a little piece of plastic. Then when I tried to request an order cancellation and refund, I was ignored. I will not be a returning customer.In other news, the large marketplace has already delivered my replacement, before I've even seen a cancellation or refund from this seller.

Excellent place. Tom he was very helpful and has lots of knowledge.I ordered a efi live tuner, and software wasn’t completed. He literally set all his Priorities on me and had it all figured out shortly. He walked me Through it Step by step. Tom, I appreciate the support. It was huge. Thank you very much!
