The only overnight parking the have is on the side of the driveway. Arrived at 7 for my 2 a.m. delivery. Told the guard I couldn't come back because of my 14-hour clock, that I needed to park on the premises. He said, "That's the only parking we have," pointing to the solid line of trucks parked outside the gate, along the exit driveway, "and its full." So they couldn't reschedule me for two more days. When I returned, there were trucks all along the side of the inbound driveway. I could have easily parked there had the guard told me that trucks always line up there. Even though all those trucks went in as soon as they let the. I say "let them" because my new appointment was for 10 p.m. so I arrived at 9. There was plenty of parking on the outbound side so that's where I parked & waited. I had been advised upon original check-in that they were running late inside & probably wouldn't be letting trucks in until right at 10 p.m. That turned into 11. You go in & park & wait to be called to a door. You dock & hike to the office. Tell them your door & give them your bills. Get unloaded, pay the lumper fee, then wait for a call saying your paperwork is ready. Hike to go get it & by the time you get back to your truck you're unlocked & ready to roll. This is a place that opens your doors for you. They started unloading me as soon as I bumped the dock. I was in & out, once they let us in, in an hour & a half. Giving 1 star because I could have parked there & not had to sit for 3 days at a truck stop & because the office staff were rude little wet nosed pups, in my opinion.
