Worst hair cut of my life. They butchered my hair. He didn't listen to anything I had to say and kept looking at his watch like my cut was taking to long. I don't recommend anyone ever going here.
Requested style: Wanted short layers that started at the cheekbone. Stylist put layers in the ended at cheekbone and left long stragly hair length.
Hair type: Lots of long thick curly hair.

Took my son here today for a haircut and had a horrible experience. The overweight lady with glasses and blonde hair was so rude with a horrible attitude. Don't recommend going there. Was the worst experience I had at great clips. Gave her a dollar tip to be nice since I had a coupon and she complained and said oh wow a dollar only. What an ungrateful excuse for a human. Wish I could get my money back. Will never come back to this great clips ever. I hope she gets fired. BTW my name is Alyssa my screen name is luna.

A middle aged lady, with glasses and blonde hair cut both me and my wife’s hair. When we first walked in she had a poor attitude and even was rude to another customer who had just walked in the door after us. She sat my wife down to cut her hair and didn’t even ask any questions before she started cutting her hair and she was barely able to get in a word of how she wanted her hair cut. Next up was me. My hair cut was so atrocious I ended up shaving my own head when I got home and it looked a million times better. Not only am I never coming back to this establishment. It has put a poor taste in my mouth for any other great clips

Awful customer service the lady with glasses and blonde hair was the rudest person I have ever met at a great clips! I am out of town for work trying to get a haircut for my daughter. Should of looked at the other reviews before I even tried. If you don't like people don't be in customer service simple!

Went in Friday at 530 and went right to the chair. Needed a hair cut . Which was done quickly . And I looked and felt so much better. Thanks GC

This is one the most unwelcoming place I have ever been to! I recommended my baby sister’s this place and there was this white lady, all irritated and upset about us entering the place.
She had no smile on and felt uninterested to provide the service. We left immediately.
I do not recommend this great clips. Please find some other location.

Zero out of five stars, to be honest.Let's begin our story with the first time my kids and I walked into this Great Clips. One of my boys has been wanting to grow his hair out long. I wad told that his detachment where his long hair and short hair meet was messed up in some manner and they wanted to correct it. I said ok do what you must that way he can start to grow it out. They cut almost all of his hair off, and that was that. 2nd visit the instructions for his hair cut are to undercut and only take 1 inch off the long hair to help with growth. They still sort of cut it shorter than my kid wanted, and that was annoying. 3rd time back today, they were supposed to take only 1 inch off the top. My son's hair was a good 6 inches in length on top, and he walked out with maybe 3 inches and cut the style of a bowl cut... like what the hell. My kid was crying and said it's ok, I will wear a hat or a beanie for the next month. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! I'm very upset and angered by the stylest here who can't seem to follow instructions of the customer and what they want. Horrible! Don't take your kids here. Kids don't speak up till after the cut because kids just listen to what adults tell them. This is terrible.

On Tuesday just after 1 pm I went to this location with my husband and 3kids. Building is dark no one inside. Despite the sign saying it's open.

i was sitting in my car 4 businesses down from this establishment when this karen comes out of the building yelling at me because my music was too loud. great clips closed at 3pm today, it was 4pm. 1 this lady could of politely asked me to turn my music down but she didn’t she ran out to my car and yelled HEY, she then yelled at me because she’s hard at hearing yada yada yada. 2 you are closed you don’t even have a reason to come out to my car because you can hear my music.

Both my husband and I went in to get hair cuts today. I had Debbie that's the only reason I'm not giving 1 star she did amazing on my hair. She was very sweet and understood I was nervous about getting my hair cut. My husband on the other hand had the man that was working and he told me exactly what he wanted done and he didn't listen at all. Now my husband is very upset about his cut and I'm very upset I tipped him before talking to my husband. Thankfully Debbie told me that's not her normal store so I won't be back. Unless Debbie or Keni are there.**Update**I followed up with an email and this is the response from the manager."Hi, my name is Steve I am the general manager of Great Clips and Kenosha. I’m so sorry to hear about your experience with us. And would like to do what I can to make it, right. If your husband would be able to come into the Windsor location and have the manager take a look at his hair and let us know what was incorrect. We would be able to offer you a future redo if it was our error. The managers name is Stephanie. She would be more than happy to take a look. Thank you and again I apologize for this inconvenience."So I complained and they want my husband to stop in from time to time to see if Stephanie is there. Once he goes in at the right time she will take a look and see if it was their fault? A great clips employee cut his hair and didn't listen to what he wanted so? Is she going to say she thinks it looks good and it's not their fault? I don't understand any of this at all. Be careful going to any great clips locations. Maybe take someone with you who can keep an eye on what they are doing.

Stylist,Debbie, cut my hair today. Debbie took a few moments to look at cutting instructions for my usual cut. Not only did she follow instructions she reviewed the cut I wanted. Debbie very polite and carried a nice conversation and cut my hair. Very satisfied with my cut.Thank you,Regina R.
