Needed a tailgate liner installed. Was told it would take <30 minutes. 8 screws out, place plastic on tailgate, 8 screws in.
Told to come in at 7:45 for 8a service. Nobody touched it until after 9. Missed a doctor’s appointment that had taken 3 months to get.
$120 for installation….

Had 2 vehicles serviced this week.
It was very convenient to have a vehicle picked up and dropped off.
I liked the videos they provide during inspection, etc.

Took in for warning light locking differential service soon. CND could not duplicate owners concern. I WENT STRAIGHT OUT to TRUCK IN PARKING LOT, PUSH THE BUTTON AND CAME RIGHT ON !!!!. WENT BACK in got someone and show them. Back in to garage with different person. 20min later finally fixed
Wiring not plug-in!!!, so who was the first guy that did all the testing?? !!!!!
