Unprofessional and unsafe. I wouldn't hire these reckless drivers to do anything for me. They have no thought for anyone else on the road. The driver of the van was breaking every law there is. If they can't even follow simple traffic laws in a branded vehicle, what makes you think they care about you or your needs. Don't hire these clowns.
