Horrible service department with a big lack in communication, can NOT recommend after seeing the way they have handled our family's situation.

Warning: For the safety of your family do NOT have any repairs or service done at Gordy Boucher Ford-Kenosha. I had my Ford Explorer serviced prior to going on vacation in beautiful St. Germaine WI and now I am stranded on vacation with a vehicle that we were fortunate not to be killed in. The repair that was done was replacement of struts and an alignment. When we began the trip the steering seemed a little off and I questioned the alignment, but by the time we reach our destination, the wheel had to be at 10 o'clock to drive straight. In addition, lane changes, curves and turns felt like the vehicle was going to roll over, the back end was going to slid out and the wheels would screech. If you were driving straight it felt as if you were on roller skates with the vehicle and it could veer into a ditch at any time. From the receipt Miguel Sandoval was the service technician at Gordy Boucher Kenosha. After consulting with a third party mechanic and communicating the work we had done, he stated that the problems we were experiencing we very likely due to the struts not being tightened down, so the problem became progressively worst with every mile. I called my service advisor Bradford Titone to let me know what happen and he told me to take my vehicle to a local Ford dealer and have the problem checked out. However, the closest Ford Dealer that would look at in less than a week was 199 miles away. No rental cars available to rent. I had to have my vehicle flatbed towed 199 miles away for a whopping $1000. We are stranded on vacation having our trip interrupted with ZERO help from Gordy Boucher Kenosha. I asked Bradford Titone to have his Service Manager Balal Berakat call me to discuss sending a flat bed up here to pick my car and discuss the options to rectify this disaster. He would not call me or give his approval to send a flatbed to pick up my vehicle. I also left a message with the General Manager of Gordy Boucher Kenosha, Sal Pappalardo with no returned phone call. I actually don't fault Bradford Titone, he doesn't have the power to do anything to help me at this point, but I would be looking for a different job so that his reputation is not dragged thru the mud as a Gordy Boucher Kenosha employee.

Had to get my rear wiper blade replaced on my car, and I was close to Boucher from my job. I called and asked if they could fit me in after work, and they said it wouldn't be a problem. From the phone call, a service that was performed, it was totally professional and the staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. The lounge was exceptional. Free coffee, free Wi-Fi, and TV. I was in and out within 20 minutes. From now on, I am going to use Boucher for all my service needs.

I worked with Ross Hengtgen and he made the process smooth and painless. I got a Bronco and he was very transparent on the shortage of vehicles, reasoning for the markup, and how long until the car would arrive. In regard to the dealership, the markup was reasonable. When searching for the same vehicle used (1 year old, less than 10K mi) the price was the same as the new 2022 Bronco with the markup. Being me, I researched everything and he was truthful. Would recommend Gordie Boucher and definitely Ross to other folks, especially in a time when buying a new or used car isn't as easy as it used to be.

Tried to schedule an oil change and detail for my work car and the service representative was the rudest person ever. I have to have pre authorization for my gov car. He didn't let me finish my sentence before he rudely interrupted. I have 2 other vehicles I have brought in before and will be taking my business elsewhere. Customer service is everything and if you're rude to the customer there are plenty of other business who will appreciate mine.

My daughter and I have been searching for a truck for her business. We have been struggling with finding the right vehicle and buying it without being taken for a literal ride. We've had to walk away from a few dealers who lied and a lot worse. Our faith in humanity and in legitimate car dealers has been restored!!! Tony, Karen, Sal and Austin stayed after closing to help my daughter get the truck of dreams. This is a dealership of wonderful, helpful, patient and knowledgeable teammates that work as a great family would to help you accomplish buying an automobile.

I took my vehicle in for many maintenance items. When the car was returned back to me it was filthy with grease stains from the mechanic. The service advisor guaranteed me that they would take care of things and give me a free interior detail. I scheduled a time to bring the car back and they only cleaned the carpet- Completely missing the grease stains. They also performed work on the vehicle without verifying its completion and when I got my vehicle back I am still unable to prove it was done. They actually called me back to follow up with me on why I was still unhappy (from their survey) and just gave excuses as to the reasons why their team can't communicate. I don't care about their internal issues, I just wanted my car as clean as it was when I dropped it off. They seem to try very hard at what they do, but there is a huge lack of communication between their team. Including their leadership. I would go to another Ford dealership.

We have purchased our vehicles from Boucher Ford since 2006. We have been well taken care of with each purchase. Scott Verhagen works hard to please his customers. We were interested in the Hybrid F150, waited for a long time for Ford to release it. Scott called us to let us know he had one for me to test drive. We loved it! Comfortable drive, so many features. Scott located an F150 that had everything we wanted, he and Sal the GM worked to bring it in, and 2 days later it is ours! Joe Leonard, the finance person does an outstanding job getting the financing done and every option, extended warranty is good to go, he remembered everything from previous purchases, so he was ready to go when we sat down. The entire experience was fantastic. Bradford Titone in service had to assist me with setting up linex, and protective coating, he is polite, attentive and great service person to work with. Go see Scott Verhagen for a great car buying experience.

The service department is awful. I dropped my car off for them to complete a recall on 3 different occasions for the same issue, that they just didn't do. Seems like they were trying to scam the parent company. Also, have had several bad instances where they didn't properly set my tires after a rotation causing small leaks. Brought this to the attention of their GM, Sal who said he would make this better but then never heard back from him again. I'll never buy another car or bring back for service.

This is the second car in one year we have purchased from Gordie Boucher Ford of Kenosha. We live in Illinois and travel about 50 minutes to come here. There is no other place we will EVER buy a car. Our favorite salesperson is Tristen Cairo. He goes to work for you! He looks and looks and looks for the perfect car to meet your needs. He is extremely honest and patient; he never rushes you. Gordie Boucher Ford of Kenosha makes buying a car actually enjoyable!
