Used to have a home town feel, now it's corporate with high turnover, usually young kids who don't know you've been banking there for years. Forgot my i. d. on one occasion and because the new tellers didn't know me, I couldn't complete a transaction despite giving them all kinds of other verification like the password on my account, my debit and credit cards with them, etc. Ridiculous. To top it off they are too cheap to keep their coffee machine. Looking for a new credit union.

We have been members for over 10 years and the services are just going from bad to worse, the whole delve serve drive thru is a show on it’s own! Now they have 6 lanes 2 working machines that barely work. Going in to see someone is a joke they have a long lines and a crazy wait times to speak to someone. Just overall disappointed!

Erin was amazing! She has been nothing but helpful with all my past and current needs! Whether it is a loan for myself or my clients she gets the job done! Would highly recommend going to educators and seeing Erin for all of you banking needs!

I’ve had this bank for a decade now. Up until two weeks ago I’ve been very happy with my banking here even keeping them as my bank when I moved an hour away from their nearest location. However, I find that lately I’ve been getting the run around and despite having a great track record with this bank they are hesitant on giving me any loan that isn’t an auto loan. I need the foundation of my house fixed, 8k worth of work that is detrimental, when I applied for the loan to get the money to fix the house they were only willing to loan me 4 out of the 8k despite me having good credit, having paid off already a credit card through them and a personal loan, and making double payments every month on my motorcycle loan through them. It’s ridiculous. I’ve been looking for another bank closer to me to start doing business with since being a loyal customer with a good track record means absolutely nothing to this place.Edit: Educators reached out to me to resolve my issue and went above and beyond to help me get what I needed to fix the house. If you plan on opening an account just be aware that you will not be able to cash any checks for 30 days without them cashing it and holding it for 15 days

PLEASE READ BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK:My husband and I went in to take out an auto loan for myself. Half way through the application process the banker asked for my husbands SSI#. After providing it, my husband asked why he needed his information if I was the only one going on the loan. He said, “Because you’re married.” Both my husband and I explained that we wanted to buy a new home and his credit can NOT be pulled. The banker told us it wouldn’t be. My husband and I decided we did not want to follow through with the application. I stated, “I no longer feel comfortable with continuing this application and would like to stop this process and find an alternative option.” The banker said okay and we left.THE BANKER PULLED BOTH OUR CREDIT ANYWAY. . . AFTER WE LEFT.We NEVER gave consent.That’s fraudulent and Illegal.Unbelievable.

DO NOT BANK HERE UNLESS YOU WANT THEM PLAYING GAMES WITH YOUR MONEY.I go from $75 on night and the next morning at around 2am, I’m -$170. They take money out of your account from transactions 3-4 days after you made that transaction. They’re not instant transactions. These are on going issues I have to deal with monthly.Oh and if you get scammed, don’t bother calling them to try and get your money back. Their customer service is awful and don’t care about the customers. Other banks like Chase Bank, will help reimburse you when you have to deal with things like that. Overall horrible experience with this credit union. STAY AWAY

Credit unions are so much better than the big evil banking corporations, you know the ones that tanked our economy in 2008. Educators is a great credit union with an excellent website and associated computer program (people who are younger than I am call these "apps."). Don't know about the negative reviews here, but they seem old. Currently, the workers here are great, this is a very good location, the support services are excellent. They get their 5th star back after the Pandemic when they can bring back their free coffee.
