I placed an Edible Arrangements order on Monday, May 1, 2023 via the internet. The order was to be shipped on Sunday, May 21, 2023 for my Mom's birthday (20 days notice). The order was for the Birthday Bash Celebration which included 3 balloons, a birthday wishtini, 2 brownies, 4 cheesecakes and a bouquet of flowers. I got a call the day before my order was to be shipped from the Edible Arrangements location on 7224 118th Ave Kenosha, WI, 53142. They left me a voicemail on my phone that they had run out of helium so there were not going to be balloons in my order. I called back the same day and there was no answer from their store. I called back the next day before my order shipped and spoke to a man who when I complained seemed to not know what was going on then went dead silent without telling me and I thought they hung up on me when suddenly a woman answered asking what the issue was and I asked why I wasn't getting the balloons. They stated they ran out of helium on Mother's day which was 7 days prior to when my order was to be shipped. I asked them why I wasn't notified sooner so I could make arrangements to order from somewhere else and my dissatisfaction. They stated they would refund me for the balloons. I asked how much the balloons were they stated $15 which sounds very low for a business to charge and was not reflected on my credit card. They only credited $13.00. The representative advised she didn't know and that her manager would call me the next day. Meanwhile, a couple of hours later. The order that came to my Mom's house had rotten flowers and stale brownies/cheesecakes. My mom ended up throwing away the flowers and the desserts. If there was any quality control they should have never even made it out the door. The manager never called me back so I submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau on 05/22/2023 Case 20092547 to corporate which never got responded to. I then emailed them directly Case 4264002 and customer service stated that if the store owner did not provide a response within 24 business hours. I could contact them again in which I did. Now I am being ignored by corporate customer service and the franchise store. This company has now been reported to the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection Case 25289. I will then follow-up with the Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission. This company takes no accountability for their lack of customer service and their expired products. They are extremely unprofessional. They ruined my Mom’s birthday and I will be telling everyone to avoid this company. What you have done is unacceptable!

I recently received edible arrangements for bday. the strawberries were mushy. bananas too ripe. no taste to the apples. Pineapple tasted wrong, and cheesecake dry. Was disappointed.

3/13/2023: UPDATE from original review. Lisa, the Manager called me this morning to take care of the order. I appreciate her doing her job well to ensure that the customer is satisfied. She not only took care of the cost of flowers for me but also sent out complimentary flowers and chocolates to make the situation right. Well done Lisa!!! You've made sure to make your customer want to shop at your location again.I've shopped at this location numerous times yearly for many different events and have always loved their quality and customer service. However, the last time, 3/9/2023 I ordered several items and when delivered, 2 main items were missing. I called the store to have it replaced and they no longer carried 1 of the items so we supplemented. When they delivered and we opened the flowers up, half of them were smashed, broken, and moldy. I reached out to the store at 4:15 (they close at 5) to sit on hold and then transferred to a voicemail. The next day 3/10, I called the store again at 11:15am and spoke to the store manager, Bri. She told me that she already spoke to her driver and their story is different from mine. Not sure what that has to do with anything?! She also told me that she has no control over how the flowers look. I am now being told that a different manager will call me back to hopefully resolve the issue, but it may not be until Monday. So glad these flowers were for my daughter's Sweet 16 Birthday :( Pictures attached as proof. This is extremely frustrating, horrible customer service and I am not satisfied with my products. What happened to their satisfaction guarantee? Out the window when an issue actually arises. Let's hope the other Manager Lisa can actually take care of this.

My daughter got a beautifully delicious bouquet & mini cheesecakes! We were actually very pleasantly surprised how good the cheesecakes were! Would definitely order from this location again. ... Thanks so much to the staff for being a great part of my daughter's birthday!-XO Candice

Flowers were dying the same day we received them!!!! And then when I called and spoke to the manager she was extremely rude!!! Will never recommend to anyone.

I think that the quality of the flowers and the packaging for the fruit and the gift bag used were all excellent. The birthday balloon was not the one I thought I was getting, but it was acceptable. However, strawberries are in peak season and the strawberries used for this gift were very pale, anemic at best. (I'm sure the chocolate made up for that, though.) The reason I selected three stars is because there was a delivery issue which is unforgivable: I paid $14.95 for delivery, only to have the individual placing the order on the porch dump the gift and leave. No attempt was made to ring the doorbell or knock on the door ! The gift recipient, my sister was home at the time. I only discovered that the package had been left abandoned on the porch when I looked at my email. By that time, on this hot day, the chocolate was sweating and the flowers were in danger of wilting. Horrible, horrible delivery experience.

Never trust this place with deliveries of fruit. Left on a hot porch in 90 degree heat and fruit and bag was hot to the touch and all chocolates were melted and the business was very rude when calling to report issue.

5:21 4 4 Search Edible Arrangements On Mothers Day I received a bouquet of flowers from Edible Arrangements in Kenosha. The flowers were really in bad shape. I contacted the store and the girl was ver nice on the phone. She had me send photos and I was contacted by the manager via text. He apologized and said he would deliver a new bouquet when their new shipment. Today I received a beautiful bouquet and I was also given a complimentary box of chocolate covered strawberries. I really appreciate the excellent customer service in fixing the problem bravo

The flowers I received looked nothing like the flowers on the website. There was mostly foliage the flowers there were already brown. The cupcakes were stale. The fruit edibles were no better. Half the fruit was already past being “edible”.ord flowers from a florist or FTD. And you can’t leave any reviews on the website or app.

S/O to the Kenosha location! As I had originally placed my order thru the Gurnee location for “same day delivery” , 2 hours later they decided to call me to tell me that they won’t be able to delivery it till tomorrow without explanation! Super bumped out! But I called the Kenosha location before placing order to ensure that I’d get a delivery today for my mother in law! It was delivered within just 2 hours! Thank you so much!

I called in my order and spoke with one of their fruit experts to make sure my order was going to be correct and it arrived missing items. i called and asked about the missing items i was told i ordered something else. I specifically wanted a platter that included grapes and they dont make substantions to their arrangements. So I was sold a platter over the phone that i was told included grapes. No grapes arrived. When i called and asked about the grapes i was told to go to their store and pick them up. That didn't seem right so i said i paid the $15 delivery fee it would be fair if you just delivered the grapes like you said you were going to. They said they would need to speak with the owner. I called again to follow up and the manager snapped and started yelling and hung up. I can understand that complaining about grapes seems petty but if you spend almost $170 with a company and i made it a point to want a specific item in an order, and i called and made the order personally over the phone, you want what you paid for. I didn't yell at them, just explained that i feel i deserve what i was sold. they wont do anything about it. I feel a refund would be sufficient. It was a mistake and i could be more reasonable and brush it off but they wanted to yell at me over the phone. Nobody cares. Not the store owner Linda, not the corporate office . With corporate they say its my word against theirs basically but the phone calls are supposed to be recorded and nobody is reviewing the call because this terrible franchise store doesn't have recordings apparently. Do yourself a favor and dont use this edible arrangements in kenosha. You will receive whatever you get and if the delivery was made then thats all you're gonna get. If you have an issue, no one is going to care and you might get yelled at and hung up on. On their "on hold" music they say lovely and reassuring things about delivering happiness like they care. Evidently they don't. Notice the generic replies to their reveiws. So many terrible reviews i should have read some of these first.
