I was told my wife’s prescription would be ready within an hour. It’s been nearly 2 hours with no explanation. Can’t depend on anything anymore.

I just had a fantastic experience working with Hailey. I had an issue with a return and she truly went above and beyond to help me out. CVS made a great decision hiring her, and an even better one by making her a manager. This will be my preferred cvs from now on! Thanks again for your time and help Hailey!!

They text you and tell you that your medicine is ready. You get there and nothing is ready. 5 hours later still have not gotten it.

Can't staff the pharmacy enough to keep it open during business hours. Wasted 40 dollars to get a cab here and it's CLOSED! CVS, hire more staff if you can't stay open all day. Unbelievable.

Yuck. Dirty, always garbage plastered in every bit of unkept landscaping. Always severely understaffed, particularly in the pharmacy department. CVS is high priced. Will be switching to someplace else.

CVS is a terrible place to go for prescriptions, they only ever have one thoroughly overworked pharmacist who has to answer phones, give advice, clean up, ring up sundries and also work as the pharmacist. There might be a pharmacist tech, but they are minimally trained and really not pharmacists. But if you're coming here for drug store stuff that isn't a medically needed drug, then this location isn't bad. The shelves are generally stocked and the place is clean and bright. There is often one cashier at check out, and they haven't gone to self-check out (yet). Just for fun I stopped at the photo desk and asked if they could develop some film for me and the young lady working looked so confused I smiled for hours afterwards. Adequate parking.

Never answers phone, have a prescription for a Moderna vaccine to pick up. Even though already went and had it done. Don't go here. Ever.

Auto refilled I prescription that I didn't need. Now I need it my refill is gone. My Doctor called in a new prescription and they won't fill it. Been a customer since the store opened. Now no service, call and they hang up on you. Going to switch to an independent pharmacy. I'm down with these clowns!!!!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Drive thru is closed. Never answers the phone. When I was told it would be a 2 hour wait to fill my prescription I had them send to another pharmacy. They failed to do this as well as the other pharmacy had no record of the transfer. Go to any other cvs than this one. This pharmacy sucks

Never has drive thru open. Never answers the phone. Can’t even get my meds switched to a different pharmacy because they won’t answer the phones.
