Explain to me why they have canceled my refills for my antidepressant TWICE without notifying me?? The first time was because it was going to be like $1,300 and they didn’t think I’d pay that (little did they know I had a coupon card to make it $30), and today it was because they didn’t have it?! They didn’t have my ADHD med either, but ordered it instead of canceling the refill…
Mind you this isn’t nearly as bad as a couple years ago when they insisted my prescriber sent a script for 15mg instead of 5mg AND refilled an old dosage for another med instead of the new dosage. Thank GOD I paid attention on both of these—just imagine if I was a little old lady and took the wrong doses of heart & blood pressure medications!!
This pharmacy is irresponsible with people’s health if you ask me…

Pharmacy is completely empty, only one car at the drive through and you can't even get a "we'll be with you in a minute or hello". Just rude and bad service. Have to stand there awkwardly for 10 minutes waiting to be acknowledged.

I'm pretty sure they don't keep any meds in stock. Everytime I refill any of my meds they have to order them.... try to refill a couple of days sooner for convince and they will say it's too early, then tell you it's out of stock on the day it should be filled and that they are just then ordering it. You'd think that for monthly maintenance meds they'd plan ahead.... they don't

Terrible terrible customer service. Pharmacy treats their customers like trash and you're just a burden. They don't ever clearly communicate if and when prescriptions will be ready. Called 3 times before driving up there to verify they would be ready. Then they informed me they are actually out of stock once I was there? It's always a hassle dealing with them. They seem to intentionally make things difficult because the following month the pharmacist chose to hold my script even though state regulations allowed to be filled. Once again... glad I called because it was supposed to be filled. If I could switch to Walgreens, I'd do it in a heartbeat.

I will definitely be back at cvs as a regular customer. First of all it is very refreshing to walk in to the store with no music playing in the background. It was easy to browse without getting overwhelmed with noise which made me want to look around more. Also the store is always so neat and clean and organized with adequate space to move around. The prices are lower than Walgreens and they have better brands.

I have always trusted CVS pharmacy to fill my prescriptions for many years, today that trust was broken. I recieved an email on April 1st from CVS about a prescription ready for refill and I clicked the link to refill as I have before. My wife stopped into CVS on Monday April 3rd to pick up the prescription only to be told there were no prescriptions available to pick up or refill. I called the pharmacy today April 5th because I was running out of the medication soon and needed it refilled ASAP. When I explained everything to the young lady on the phone this is how she explained it : " Yes that prescription was filled but it sat for two weeks and no one picked it up, so it was returned to stock. I can enter it to be refilled now if you want." I asked the young lady, how was it refilled 2 weeks before it was even eligible to be refilled and why did we not receive a call informing us it was filled and ready for pick up, AS WE ALWAYS DO ?!?! Her response " Would you like me to have it refilled? " Really, that is the response I should accept from CVS's pharmacy employee regarding my questions??!!

Worst customer service in this pharmacy. Very inconsistent! The only consistency is the poor attitudes behind the counter. If you don't like your job and you don't know how to treat people then find a different job that doesn't involve communicating with people.

Visitor beware!!! Do not go to this pharmacy. Extremely unprofessional. They are Always late with prescriptions. It never fails. Does not matter if the doctor sent them the prescription hours ago, they never start working on the prescription until show up first to pick them ip. Does not matter how long I wait to pick up the meds. They have messed up my families meds and given the wrong ones twice. We are done with this CVS.
