I went in to order for eat in and the food was amazing. I ordered some other stuff to take home for a friend and ended up waiting the same amount of time for the food I ordered to how long I ate. At that point I was waiting longer than people waiting in drive thru. I went to complain but they said they were working on it. It was just 2 tenders a large fry and a shake and a mixer yet here I am saying they're still working on it. I waited a little longer than asked for a refund. The person didn't even show any compassion, just said have a great day to rub the salt in the wound

Food is always hot and the staff is always very welcoming and friendly. The environment is clean and well kept up at all times.Parking: Plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: Never have an issue with my children when in this establishment.

Love culvers food, but this location is run extremely poorly. Especially if you are coming for frozen yogurt. I’m sitting here now waiting 25 min for 3 orders! All other locations, the frozen yogurt is out extremely fast. Sometimes as you pay they hand it to you. NOT here. Management needs to be replaced and run much better for me to return

I frequent a lot of Culver’s all over Wisconsin. Probably the worst one I’ve ever visited. Cashier just stared at me and didn’t greet. Counter was filthy where you get ketchup and napkins. No tables were cleaned and we waited over 2 minutes for our food. No apologies for waiting either. Won’t return. This is at 1:30 pm too so not a peak time.

staff is very friendly and wait time is never to long. They will even go as far as to give you a free concrete mixer if they take to long.

I was just through the drive thru for a mushroom & Swiss add bacon basket with cheese curds & coke I got home & no bacon on the mushroom & Swiss.

Drive thru order tonight….drinks given at the window but one was wrong so had to go back in to get it corrected. Ordered single burgers …got the food and realized they charges and gave us doubles. Need better accuracy with taking orders….one screen to review so maybe take the time to repeat it back to your customers to make sure you got it right.

On 3/12/2014 I ordered 3 pints of your fresh vanilla custard. The problem is when I got home, each of my 3 pints of vanilla custard we're all not filled all of the way. I had no opportunity to complain and make this aware to the girl who filled my three pints of vanilla custard pints. She just told me after I order I'm to move forward in drive thru line because they were busy. I tried bringing it to the girl's attention that my three pints of vanilla custard we're all not filled to the top like they used to. $4+ tax per pint of vanilla custard and my three pints were each partially filled. Is this how you serve your customers. Expect your customers to pay premium prices for partial filled custard is the way Culvers does business by cheating their customers out of what they are entitled to portion wise on their pints of custard. Not a good way to serve your customers. I don't return to places that rip off their customers, especially their loyal ones. All I expect is a full pint of custard and would also like to see more red raspberry custard which the Culvers both in Franklin, WI location & your 52nd location both never have the red raspberry flavored custard and they both take your money, and never ever fill pints to full. I will be contacting the owner/administration to complain too. Give your customers what they deserve, fair, full portions of your food and custard. Yesterday, I purchased 3 pints of custard. I should get 3 new pints of your custard and hoping for a couple of your red raspberry flavored custard and 1 vanilla to accommodate this problem on your end. And I already complained to the other Culver's in Franklin about what they did too. If you do your job Right, and make a batch of red raspberry custard every now and then instead of never making any red raspberry flavored custard, and maintaining correct portion sizes in your custard.

usually is very good but today i got a double cheeseburger and the bottom bun was so soggy it was mush and the patties were partially raw.
