We have been with Craig for 10+ years, he is always on top of everything. When I decided to become a notery, I called Craig and he helped me with that. We have had to file claims in the past and no issues what so ever! You want Craig in your corner if something happens.

If your looking for an Insurance agent keep looking. This one has little knowledge of the business and makes too many mistakes. Agent made numerous mistakes causing my policy to be cancelled. Was a complete waist of time. Wont even refund my money so i had a block put on card. Agent is very bad about returning calls.

Craig Smiths office has been amazing to us for over 20 years. They almost feel like extended family. The best insurance agency we've ever worked with by far. My phone calls are always returned promptly, and if I ever need something their always attentive. Highly recommend!!

Craig and his wife Cheryl are amazing at what they do. They make sure you're covered and won't sell you something you don't need. Craig has been my agent for 10 years now. He's knowledgeable, he's personable and dedicated to his customers. Buying my first house, a new car, our little mishap with a scooter in Florida, and combining all of our insurance policies when my wife and I got married. They've been there, in person, every time!

I would NOT recommend this place. Person who answers phones is constantly talking over you and never listens to your concerns. Very frustrating. I informed her that I am a respiratory therapist and am never home to check my mail these days. I was late paying my monthly payment and they canceled my policy without a phone call, email or text. When I asked why she can call other times but not when there is something as important as this? She began getting into my personal finances by asking me questions about how I pay my mortgage!! She began raising her voice and talking over me . Apparently Craig and his staff don’t have the skills or professionalism to work with adversity.If you are looking for courtesy and professional, keep scrolling…….
