This company is the management company for the condominium complex where I live. Their agents would not call me back after they promised they would. Twice I needed to visit the office in person to get my issue resolved.They really have an uncaring attitude.

Wow! In the winter, I was struggling with my roof leaking into the spare bedroom. I called Coldwell Banker Real Estate One and they sent a person out, immediately! It was fixed within two hours, saving us from further damages.

Coldwell Banker Real Estate One is negligent and inept Good luck having them respond to you at all and if so, whatever solvency they promise will at best be 3 months later, if at all. Call about a concern you are assured someone is in a meeting. Email them, no reply, yet, they are sure to collect checks.
