Wonderful experience! I head to Europe soon and have faciitis and was worried about all the walking. Dimone measured my feet and came back with several options. He was patient and so personable as I tried different shoes. I found the perfect pair and am sooo happy! Super comfy and support everywhere needed. Tony custom made orthotics for me to correct the way that I walked, thereby relieving my pain. He sought my input, took my comments, and tweaked them until they worked for me. Great experience.

Had severe pain in foot. Dr. Jacobson wrote a script for Chiappetta ,they knew exactly what to do,explaining what the problem was and fixed the insoles they had worked on before . Much better now. They did it with a smile. Great job.

Chiappetta was recommended by a friend. I am an avid walker that has become more and more painful over the last 2 1/2 years. After finally realizing I needed to break down and go out of my comfort zone…..I grabbed my cousin and went SHOPPING!! ?? I hate shopping especially for shoes as I have issues with one foot.
And then there was Fred. After checking pressure points in my feet, accurate measurements and a Q&A he made suggestions on foot wear and I chose a few I wanted to try. After an hour plus I walked out with 3 pair of shoes. Support in a walking shoe. Adjustable straps in a sandal that hid hammer toes, and a cute versatile flat that was not a chunky old lady shoe. I feel confident these shoes will stand the test of time. Fred was patient, professional, personable and most of all helpful. I highly recommend Chiappetta.

Veronica is amazing! I walked into Chiapetta Shoes for the first time last year during a tent sale. I was intrigued by all the feedback I’ve gotten on Hoka shoes and nearly grabbed the wrong size and that’s when Veronica saw what I was doing and measured me and made sure I got the right pair. They became my favorite shoes because of their incredible comfort, but ventured in today to pick up another pair in a different color…but ended up leaving with two more pairs of Hokas! Thank you so much Veronica for your incredible customer service!

This place is incredible! My boss and I stumbled upon it on the way back from a meeting. Very high quality shoes and service. They even have a workshop to repair and create custom shoes. Dimone helped us and he was extremely helpful and patient. He knew his shoes and gave honest feedback. This is now my favorite shoe store.

Went into the store really not knowing what I needed or wanted . I thought I knew my size … turns out I did not, thank goodness I got measured !! Nicholas was very very helpful and patient , allowing me to try on tons of shoes , and what do you know !!!! He got me in to the PERFECT pair !!! He was not quitting till I was 100% happy !! I left the store one happy customer and will be returning for my next pair !!! Keep up the good work Nicholas

My husband and I have been in the store several times over the past month-ish for new shoes, and custom insoles. Every time we go we are greeted and helped quickly.
I have unfortunate feet and most shoes just do not fit. Joe helped me find several pair that fit well and were comfortable. It was nice to actually get to choose a pair instead of settle for the one that fits the best.
